Thrift Shop sounds very odd in it's radio edit form considering I've rarely heard it on radio before!

Funny to think that when this was released, I was thinking they'd be novelty one hit wonders :o Slightly overshadowed by its predecessor, but still hella quotable.

'Fireflies'! Still absolutely adore this every time I hear it which is heartbreakingly rare these days.

Fireflies is still as awful as it ever was.

I'll side with Bre on this one :cheer:

Fireflies ;o

always had a bit of a soft spot for this~ (not sure why it seemed to get so much hate from some people)

Locked Out Of Heaven wasn't a #1! :P

Oh was it not? I should've known that. Sorry, bit of a chart fail there

A big hit from 2010 that is alas quite forgotten about these days :( He didn't remain a one hit wonder though, which at least surpassed all expectations for him at first.

I remember when I 'looned' over this on here. Bad times.

Pompeii!

So glad this has sold so much now!

Bastille "Pompeii" Sales: Approx: 795K. About to break that 800K barrier, and "Pompeii" is the 50th biggest seller of the 2010s so far.

So 15 or less songs from 2009 or before now.

The breakthrough hit from them that was at the time seen as refreshingly 'alternative' although perhaps not any more. Still an amazing song, I must admit I didn't know it had outsold Mirrors by so much :o

I never minded Payphone. It sounded like it came straight out of 2004.
Love Payphone  I'm not sure why I seem to love everything Maroon 5 have done since Moves Like Jagger seeing as I barely liked anything before then!

Why do they never give any warning that 'Payphone' is about to start? I can never hit mute quickly enough to avoid the immediate pain inflicted on my ears from the very first second of the song :puke:

(that's not even an exaggeration)
