Anyone know the music on tv this weekend that would effect the chart?

I know Lily Allen is on Alan Carr but is she performing?

Ooh she is performing! Our Time, apparently, so maybe it does still stand a chance of top 40! :cheer:

Aloe Blacc's on Jools Holland, not sure about any other shows.

Cheers The Man didnt have much of an effect from the tuesday showing - is the album still selling? Good to see Our Time being performed - could push it into the top 40 next week & help the album break 40k!

Random update:

30. Katy Perry - Birthday

39. Molly - Children of the Universe

46. Rita Ora - I Will Never Let You Down >> Def going top 40 before its release at midnight tomorrow! *.* <<

56. Beyoncé - Pretty Hurts

72. Sam Smith - Stay With Me >> Ugh. This is going to be a bigger hit than I was hoping it'd be. <<

96. Molly - Children of the Universe (Eurovision 2014 - United Kingdom) >> 2nd entry finally top 100! <<

97. Hannah Hart & Dave Dayz - Ur the 1Z >> Wtf? <<

136. Ariana Grande - Problem (feat. Iggy Azalea) >> This has held up so much better than I anticipated! Coming for that 100k+ opening *.* <<

Trust Jonjo to only point out Loreen's floptacular re-entry when this is much higher:

583. Fairytale - Alexander Rybak

Clearly the true classic Eurovision winner of the last few years! (I say that with some sense of sarcasm but it's arguably true, really it is quite impressive that it's higher than 'Euphoria' as it's 3 years older and did less well on release, though I still think it was screwed over by its temporary deletion).

Other Eurovision winners:

736. Euphoria (Single Version) - Loreen

1143. Only Teardrops - Emmelie de Forest

1234. Only Teardrops (Eurovision 2013 - Denmark) - Emmelie de Forest

1452. Love Shine a Light - Katrina & The Waves

Also I thoroughly take back any suggestion Sam Smith would miss #1 as he's now MILES ahead of Fuse ODG. I've heard 'Stay With Me' now and it's okay but really doesn't sound like a big hit, even considering the fact it's basically a male Emeli song. Happy for him to get continued success though. I still really like 'Money On My Mind' despite nearly EVERYONE seeming to hate it now so I'm sure he can come up with other better songs in the future.

I just ctrl+f'd everything. I did Loreen on a whim (hoping) really haha.

Ew at 'Fairytale' being that high though :puke:

As much as I don't mind Rita Ora going to No.1 next week, as it's a decent enough song, it would have been nice for there to be no big releases and for Molly to (somehow) grab the No.1 spot :D

Rita Ora is pretty much the only big release next week anyway so Molly does stand a chance of doing quite well! Although perhaps not the #1 spot

I have a feeling Molly will finish top 5 tomorrow so she stands a good chance of doing well on iTunes.

'Jubel' is doing very well! If it had the same airplay as 'I Wanna Feel' has then I'm sure 'Jubel' would be heading to #1 instead on release week. :( Top 3 is looking certain though! :D

So amazing for Paloma !

I would have never thought this song could achieve this high in the charts :o

It's a shame they both weren't scheduled for release on different weeks, so that they could both be No.1

Hopefully the release of 'Jubel' gets pushed back one more week as then it will be certain to be #1 I think unless there is another big release that week! :kink:

Summer reminds me of Close both in theme, vocals and chart performance :o

Katy Perry to smash in at no.1 then no.2 to complete the 2010 parallels!

As much as I'm a fan, I somehow want this to miss No.1. <_<

If 'The A Team', 'Lego House', 'Hush Little Baby' and 'Small Bump' couldn't reach the top spot then it would be criminal if one of his weakest songs did.

'Sing' is his best song imo.
