You're right, for some reason I thought it started mid July but it was the very end of July and of course it may be later by a couple of weeks this year :P

I saw them doing auditions (not like physically saw obviously, I saw tweets) a few weeks ago so actually that's entirely plausible now you mention it!

Australia is always mysterious when it comes to Reality Shows. You know it's coming - but they don't announce it until 1-2 weeks before it starts.

Channel 9 seems to be backed up on their Reality TV Shows. They usually air everything back to back to back.

The Voice Kids is on now, and just started. But is short.

The Block will follow that (they've begun running ads already)

Big Brother would follow that (perhaps would start towards the end).

 

Last years "The Block" was 11 weeks. No way they'd to Back to Back.. they'd need to have them both on at the same time.. If it was after The Block, we'd be running into September.

 

Anyways - BBUS, Yay. On tonight. Canne wait.

I worry about this year - they have a LOT to throw into 3 shows a week. HOH, Nominations, Battle of the Block, Power of Veto, Have/Have Not Competitions..

They'll probably drop the Have/Have Not in favour of Battle of the Block. They should drop it anyway, it doesn't really add anything.

They won't drop it, they have a Have Not Bedroom. I think I saw it anyways on the launch night.. But they may not have a competition and just let the HOH decide? Perhaps?

Or maybe make the nominated housemates have-nots considering there will be four of them?

Yep, another twist fail. This happened with Annie a few years ago. Too funny. Chances are they will replace her. Frankie and Donny will probably become part of "Team America" and I can see Christine or Nicole joining them.

But what if she doesn't go? I can see Paola easily go over her. Unless bombsquad decided to eliminate her instead of Pow-Pow

Detest Devon so much, he is so f***ing annoying. Nicole, Christine and Victoria are my current faves I think. It was so shady of Frankie to nominate Victoria, I think if she gets HOH she will rightfully put him straight up on the block. Out of the people nominated I really hope

Joey will go. She leaked the Female alliance, she called two house meetings in the span of 3 hours the other day.. she's completely f***ed herself over.

 

 

Devon's paranoia is just.. tooooo much.

I liked him from the word go.. but.. he's just over thinking too much, and that will be his downfall.

I really dislike Devin too, he just seems like such an idiot... His handling of huge whole bomb squad thing totally reminds me of the Christmas Miranda episode where she wants to sneak off for Christmas and tells everyone one by one it's a secret then they all know :lol: like why would you even try and just slowly slip half of the house in?!

 

I love Nicole and Christine though, they seem so grounded and down to earth. Victoria would be another of my faves, she's giving me slight Tahan from BB Australia vibes from her VT and what I've seen so far! I can't decide what I think of Frankie though, he's pretty fun but it was such a dick move to nominate Victoria and then cover it up with stupid reasons. I'm the same with Donny, I kinda want to like him but he's such a stereotype it's almost like he's putting it on...

Paola to stay, she's fab! I like what I've seen of Joey too but if she's f***ed herself over this quickly then I guess it's no loss if she goes.

 

Zach reminds me of Greg James so much. :kink: Paola is basically GinaMarie pt. II as well (which is not a bad thing, but she's not really left much of an impression on me at all so far). Brittany, Cody, Victoria and Zach all seem like they have the potential to be amazing though! :wub:

 

 

So glad Frankie's no longer HOH, his nominations were AWFUL. Brittany and Victoria in that BOTB competition *.*
