Yeah that Nico & Vinz follow-up is pretty decent, looks like Radio 1 may support it after all, would be great for them not to end up as one-hit wonders.

Track of the day for today. Mango will be happy :P

Chorus was originally written and sung by James Arthur until his meltdown  Decent song, its no Jungle or Remedy though!

Oh yes, indeed I am!! So glad they're still on board with Pro Green, and this is actually the perfect choice of second single from the album :D

Had no idea the chorus was originally by James Arthur though :o

Hope this track goes top 40, deserves to be a top 10 though as I love this track

TOTD for Wed 12/11 - CHVRCHES 'Get Away'

Really like this, one of their best :) although I thought their new single was 'Dead Air' so not sure what's going on there.

TOTD for Thu 13/11 - Labrinth 'Jealous'

Bit of a surprise to get a piano-and-strings-only ballad from him as the second single of the era. Not really sure what to make of it to be honest, but at least it's something a bit different and unexpected.

I heard that Labrinth track a week or so ago, his voice is nice but the song is dead boring. Not sure it's going to do any better than "Let It Be" if I'm honest.
Unlikley but imagine he gets an X Factor slot - it could end up doing a 'Beneath Your Beautiful'. I doubt it though, it will probably go Top 20 at best. Does anyone else get Christmassy vibes from the melody though?
That's the first time I've heard this Labrinth track and I have to say its Brillant - and yes quite Christmassy which is a good thing.
Oh god, that Labrinth song has some of the worst lyrics I've ever heard in a song. Is he actually for real?!

Haha, yeah I cringed at some of the lyrics too! Apparently it's "addressed to one of Labrinth's parents who left the family when he was aged four years old" (although I find it odd that he doesn't specify which parent )

Track of the Day: Saturday 15th November
