AHHHH! 'Salute' top 5! Hopefully it means a top 10 peak is practically confirmed for next week, although it's early days still! I do hope it can get there though!

Also; 48. Raleigh Ritchie - Stronger Than Ever

SMASH IT RALEIGH!

I think it's their best...

Far from it in my opinion. To me it's a "Run The World (Girls)" rip-off. I'd much rather have seen "These Four Walls" having this success, I hope they still release it as a single.

WTF I'm love. It won't smash, right?

Delighted to see Little Mix top 5, i know they wont stay there but hopefully they are in with a shout of a top 10 peak.

Why are Little Mix at #5 all of a sudden? I know they were on Britain's Got Talent yesterday but they only just crept into the top 10 after their performance, so has something else happened today concerning them to make them get another boost?

Skepta is doing well also at #17 (although he is really #16 because Lana Del Rey's song doesn't count)

No more singles from this album. They've said numerous times that 'Salute' is the final single from this era unfortunately! :(

You should check out 'Bloodsport' too!

Boo! They should just re-release the album with a new single followed by "These Four Walls" (with an XF performance) ala Alexandra Burke in the 'Overcome' era.

I can only assume the repeats is what has boosted the song so high (along with the press that they did a far better performance than Cheryl & joining up with Diversity etc...).

EDIT: I agree April. Although they could easily get more singles out of this album and milk the album a bit longer. It's what frustrates me about Syco tbh. They don't focus on eras long enough :(

I guess Little Mix album #3 is coming this November, then?

One Direction and Little Mix could easily release more singles from their albums, but with new albums on the way before Christmas, they have to finish the currents eras by early summer to make room for new stuff in a few months.

Releasing new music frequently is how both groups keep their momentum going.

:D You should comment in his thread in the R&B forum!

Also (I only found this out last week) he plays Greyworm in Game Of Thrones!

What is that terrible Little Mix doing in the top 10?

And also :w00t: at Ella doing so well, after weaves and no.1 this week even with a Coldplay rip! :w00t:

Michael, our friendship is now in jeopardy. Salute is perhaps the best British pop song of the last decade.

SO happy 'Salute' is getting this success. It's re-hit me this past week, the performance last night was incredible and it's becoming one of my favourites from them. Could have some life in it hopefully, although Radio 1 dropping it won't help with that.

And my weekly Raleigh post:

Exactly what I thought, they are so basic -_- Don't get the interest in them.

When is Sia out? I'm so hopeful for her release
