March 20, 201510 yr Going forward, Everton looked very promising actually. Defensively they were terrible! People underestimated Dynamo Kiev, but they have been accomplimished European team for as long as I can remember, especially at Europa League level. Most deldued fans in the country are traditionally Liverpool and Newcastle. However, I think Arsenal's probably are at the moment At least some Liverpool fans - and rather more Arsenal fans - can remember a time when their club regularly won trophies. Not many Newcastle fans are old enough to do that.
March 20, 201510 yr Quarter-Final Draw: Sevilla v Zenit St Petersburg Dnipro v Clue Brugge Dynamo Kiev v Fiorentina Wolfsburg v Napoli
March 21, 201510 yr I'm going with Fiorentina or Sevilla to win this outright. Really? Wolfsburg have displayed by far the strongest, most consistent form across all leagues this year. Fiorentina are in good form generally but still capable of some shocking results like the 0-4 loss to Lazio a couple of weeks back. All depends on the draw I guess, but my money's on Wolfsburg.
April 12, 201510 yr Live Matches: Dynamo Kiev v Fiorentina 20:00 (BT Sport 1) Club Brugge v Dnipro 20:00 (BT Sport 2) Wolfsburg v Napoli 20:05 (ITV4)
April 17, 201510 yr Napoli with one foot already to the semi-finals. A vital last-minute goal for Fiorentina to tie with Dynamo Kiev in their first leg. Still all to play for between Club Brugge and Dnipro.
April 23, 201510 yr If Zenit St Petersberg, Dnipro and Dynamo Kiev go through to the semi-finals. Then I'm guessing UEFA will have to keep them apart in the semi-final draw because of the Russian-Ukraine conflict but would be powerless if Zenit or Dnipro/Kiev both reached the final.
April 23, 201510 yr The final is in Warsaw too, scene of widespread disturbances during the Poland Russia match at Euro 2012  Will be watching the Fiorentina game tonight, no idea who'll go through. A welcome antiodote to the Champions League in my eyes.
April 24, 201510 yr I reckon it'll be a Napoli vs. Sevilla final with Napoli winning, (Dnipro have done well to get this far :o)
May 7, 201510 yr So tonight sees the first leg of the semi-finals with Sevilla v Fiorentina live on ITV4 and Napoli v Dnipro on BT Sport. How do people see the first leg going?
May 13, 201510 yr Tomorrow night sees the second leg of the Europa League semi-finals with: Napoli and Dnipro level pegging at 1-1 and Sevilla with a three-goal lead against Fiorentina. Who do people think will win between Napoli and Dnipro?
May 15, 201510 yr Dnipro through to their first-ever European final following a 1-0 win over Napoli. Quite sure UEFA will probably investigate that pitch invasion. So it's a final between Sevilla and Dnipro.
May 26, 201510 yr European tour next season! :cheer: First qualifying round though. Never heard of half the teams on the list, looks like it contains half of Wales, plus a ton of Irish teams. Exciting news though. Last time we were in Europe was 2006, knocked out in the first round of the UEFA Cup by Palermo.
