Notorious is shit. The shitty OA/OS release of it killed their airplay and thus, their career. It doesn't work live AT ALL, the chipmunk effects are horrific, the lyrics are cringey and meh meh meh. I do like the "bridge" parts and the "oh whoa oh, oh whoa oh" before Frankie's part though.

It means "On Air/On Sale". Basically the second it premiered on radio (on air), it was released onto the market (on sales).
