I actually dislike this on first listen, quite a bit. :( Maybe next time I hear it will be different, but for now it just sounds like a dull b-side. It's said the be a 'fun' song, which I don't understand because she sounds bored. Was considering switching it off after 1 minute... :(

 

Shame, as I like most of her singles!

Did they show the video on GMB? Because I can't find anything
They didn't show it in the end, despite the fact that GMB originally tweeted that they would be. It was even mentioned in the programme's description on TV guides! How odd! :(

Does the swearing not put you off though, like it does for 'Comeback'?

What a horrendous chorus :o Agreed with comments that the song is largely pretty good up until then, but the chorus lets it down completely. This era really is not shaping up - when a Cheryl lead single is bad I can't say that's a good sign for the album.
I'm very underwhelmed. It needs a really kick ass video.

I t looks really bland, Girls Aloud had much more fun videos. Why cant she just thrown a few guys in a swimming pool?!

Anyway, any news on the video premiere? I know she went on a twitter answering spree earlier and mentioned the video, but still no date, agh!

Am I one of few who doesn't dislike the chorus? It's really punchy/catchy!

 

I don't get the hate for the chorus :( It's really catchy and it's become my new anthem for life :lol: Got me through some trigonometry in Maths earlier x

^ It just really shows up the limitations of her voice. She sounds very strained on it and that's in the studio version! It's an underwhelming chorus in itself compared to the verses but it would undoubtedly sound much better with a vocalist who had the required range.
