Really not a fan of All the lovers... the obsession with it I will never understand... the only good bit is the end when it gets dancy..... boooo its going to be top 2....

Better the devil you know is a classic,it has aged well and is always performed well on tour.I will be so disappointed if confide in me is crowned the winner here,my opinion of it is no secret here,i love all the lovers and it will be a classic kylie single for me so im hoping and hoping it can be crowned the winner here. Ideally confide in me isnt in the countdown at all :unsure:

The remaining two aren't two of my absolute favourites, but they're still great and I'd say both worthy of their placings.

So we're down to just two songs, I'm sure everyone can guess what they are, but incase you don't, and want a nice reveal, I wont tell you. But let's be honest here,

both are amazing. Very much a battle between the Amy Adams and Sebastian Stan of Kylie singles.

Yup. A tie, awesomepops.

Confide In Me was the first single from the Kylie Minogue album and the first to be released from Kylie's time on DeCon. A stark change to the bubblegum pop from her PWL,

this is a mature, sexy dance number, showing off Kylie's beautiful voice, those dreamy vocals in the chorus are heavenly. The drama of the intro makes this one of her best songs

ever, in my humble opinion. This was another pretty big hit for our Mini, alas, it was to be the only realy hit from the album, and indeed, her time with DeCon. When she does this

live, it really comes alive.

 

All The Lovers was the first single from the Aphrodite era and was her biggest hit since Head. Easy to see why; that euphoric backing track, the Kylie-esque lyrics and lovely vocals

and THAT middle 8 make this a modern Kylie classic. Easily her best video too, I mean, near naked people in an orgy mountain, an elephant balloon and a horse. Awesome.

Another supreme song when done live, also works well as a ballad, and also in a country version.

Hahaha, I didn't expect a tie! All the Lovers is her most OVERRATED single and my least favourite post 2000 one. Confide in Me winning more than makes up for it this atrocity, though :wub:
