Light Years is fabulous and the mash up with Turn it into love on tour was even more fabulous. Light Years is an album and a half,by far her best album,so full of fantastic catchy pop songs, it is hard to fathom how it went from such excellence to the bitterly disappointing Kiss Me Once.

Totally love Tightrope and do agree that it should have made the Fever album, and even this would have made a better single than Come Into My World

30 • 107 | Got To Be Certain

Kylie's 3rd ever single is the first of the top 30 section. There is not much difference between this and her previous two singles, it's a fun 80's pop tune with some slightly

hopeless lyrics to it. Still, it's a great song to listen to and even though it's dated, it can still stand against her newer material.

First major WTF moment? Perhaps, this is one of Kylie's most iconic singles and it only just makes it in the top 30 of her songs here. Second Aus and 1st UK single for her, it

was of course a massive hit and with good reason. How could anyone dislike that beat, the voice, the lyrics and the bubblebath scene in the video? Performed in almost all

of her tours, recently Kylie seems to prefer to perform it as a ballad, which really works well with the heartbreaking lyrics of the song.

One of her gayest songs and she has so many

One of the greatest album tracks of all time. We're now into the top 30 and this is where we get to see some really good songs. This gem features on the Light Years album and

is a dance based bop that sorta dips its toes into mid-temponess. Really great song to listen to on repeat, trust me, I know. Anti Tour is the only place she has performed it sadly.

Correct me if I'm wrong there.

WTF at I Should Be So Lucky being that low, should be top 5, but Got To Be Certain is a nice follow up, still so catchy and loveable to this day and Disco Down another fantastic Light Years track

= Locomotion

= Turn It Into Love

Double trouble.

Two more PWL singles, both from the same album, her debut. The Loco-Motion/Locomotion was her debut single in Aus and second(?) in the UK where it was slightly remixed.

Obviously this was a massive hit, helped by the fact that she was a major soap star at the time. Utterly cheesy and dated but utterly divine too, much like a Lunchable.

This works really well as a torch song, as shown when she does it live and also a retro uptempo like on ARS.

Turn It Into Love was a Japan only single and had no video, still, it managed to be a big hit. Easy to see why, or rather hear, the best track from her debut album and easily one

of the best PWL singles. Sadly, it gets overlooked on alot of her tours, but it got a nice mash-up with Light Years on Homecoming.

Back tomorrow, any predictions for what might show up?
2 more great songs from very different eras. I would call myself a fan of both tracks, loco-motion often appears not overly popular among fans but i have a continued soft spot for it. Disco Down, its on light years, what else needs to be said, brilliant.

Impossible Princess might not have been a successful album, but the singles and a fair few album tracks seem to have struck a cord with y'all. One such single appears now,

Breathe is a lovely midtempo number. One that is not an instant classic, but with repeated listens it really comes into its own. Gorgeous video too, somewhat remenicant to the one

for Put Yourself In My Place, at least to these eyes anyway.

Breathe certainly wasnt instant but after time i fully agree it came into its down and is a great track,it deserved more success than it achieved but that can be said about the whole impossible princess era (apart from Australia). Nice that it has managed some success in this particular vote.

We have another former #1 dropping out before the top 20, goes to show that despite peaking at the top, it doesn't mean said song is of a high quality. Also, it could easily

mean that Kylie has so many good songs that sacrifices have to be made. Slow was the debut single from the often misunderstood Body Language. It might have been a low

seller but it is still a damn fine song, simple but effective. Many were shocked at how different in sound this was from the Fever era, but I for one am glad she didn't do a carbon

copy of that album, how boring would that be? The videp features some superb choreography on the ground, with alot of near naked men around.

I wanted this to be at least top 10. Shame on you all.

This gem of a song was used as a way to celebrate K25, Kylie's Silver anniversary of being in the music bizz. The song itself was not a massive hit, but it was iconic. With no

real promo schedule lined up, it was doomed from the start. However, it was great to have a new song from her, another video to lust over in which she brought back the hotpants,

this time a lovely denim pair and of course another CD single to add to the collection. Easily one of her best ever songs.

Breathe <3

And then two of her top (or rather bottom) three worst songs. I think Slow is among the lowest selling #1s ever in the UK, fun fact.
