#35 Robin Thicke feat. T.I. & Pharrell - Blurred Lines

So the #1 song of last year isn't as favoured by Buzzjack users and it falls to #35. The song got a lot of controversy for its questionable lyrics. That's not the only reason it's this low as it was very overexposed and has the potential to get annoying. I love this song though :( Too low.

#35 Robin Thicke feat. T.I. & Pharrell - Blurred Lines (12 votes, 17.14%)

#38 will.i.am - Bang Bang (11 votes, 12.36%)

Dear Darlin' cuz it's sung by Olly Murs and therefor is plain horrible

Not liking these results at all so far. Blurred Lines is excellent!

I'm not liking these results much so far either but BL is awful so glad to see the back of that.

Voted Get Lucky, one of the worst songs ever?

Dear Darlin' is his best song though

Says it all really :arrr:

Come on, let's get rid of Scream & Shout.

The other two getting votes I couldn't bear to lose this soon.

I don't really see the point in this chart, as surely the songs that end up the highest up the chart are just going to be the most inoffensive songs, rather than the ones that we like the most?

For example, a really bland song could escape being voted the worst week after week, and end up high on the chart. But that surely doesn't automatically correlate to Buzzjack actually liking this song? It just means it's hated the least?

Which overall makes it more popular than the others?

Totally agree. Although I'd suggest the solution is to remember that it is merely a vote on a forum and interpret the results as you so wish.

I find them a bit more interesting in the sense you don't really know how the results are gonna go or what's gonna win, like you would with a standard 'your favourite song of 2013' poll. I always find the order in which the songs finish more interesting.

Anyway, still voting Lily, this CANNOT beat Get Lucky srsly (Ho Hey can go though)

Poor Blurred Lines but at least it lasted a little longer than expected after cropping up with the pack so early. Slightly worried though that Get Lucky is in danger as the new top song on the list. Incidentally I should hope this time Drinking From The Bottle goes out.
'When I Was Your Man' for me (for some reason it is entitled 'When I Was Your Adele', guessing some inside joke?)

Get Lucky, glad to see (surprisingly) it's actually in with a chance of going this time. Or if not now, soon! :D

Like with a lot of things... blame Michael!
