What I want to know is who the person who looked like David Walliams dressed in drag was!

 

I was a little disappointed with their group performance considering how fantastic the 2007-9 ones were. Can't work out if it was a live performance or not though - the filming and the sense of uncertainty with the characters made it look live but the vocals had obviously been edited a lot. Plus I think the 1D performance came straight after so there wouldn't have been time to get rid of all the cameras and actors.

 

EDIT: Just re-watched and it's certainly not live! :P I actually really enjoyed it second time round, but again it's not as good as past performances have been.
