'Outside' is absolutely fantastic, best thing from this era for sure. The drop is fantastic and sounds quite orchestral. Ellie's voice is smooth as silk too. REPEAT!
Outside is just Under Control with an added string section. I do prefer it to I Need Your Love though, which I never 'got'.

Heard Outside again today on Radio 1 and now I love it!

November 4th can't come soon enough for me :cheer:

So this is confirmed? Hardly surprising given it has most hit potential and features the most hit-friendly artist.

It's growing which is a good sign!

This must be the next single, playlisted by Radio 1 today. Yay fabulous choice!
I'm listening to this for the first time now and very underwhelmed by it to be honest - coming from someone who initially loved 'I Need Your Love' (although that got irreparably aged when it massively overstayed its welcome on the radio and I've never been able to enjoy it as much since, still better than this is on first listen though). 'Open Wide' is MUCH better although I guess it probably wouldn't do as well chart-wise so this is probably a more sensible choice.

This has grown on me quite a bit since first hearing it.

I still think it's underwhelming but it's a great running song so at least it's good for something :magic:

As much as I am LOATHING Ellie on this song (and in GENERAL), this is incredible. The backing track is BEYOND catchy. THOSE STRINGS <3

Although tbh if you take them away, there will be nothing left.

Its pretty average, hopefully the track will grow on me, its got potential.

The title of the track made me think of George Michael's track :heehee:

Enjoying this a lot more than I Need Your Love, but I think Pray To God has more hit potential than this, hopefully he releases that next - though I get the feeling he'll go with the Gwen duet.
I think I prefer this to "I Need Your Love" now as well. The production is far better and much more interesting. I hope he releases "Together" (the Gwen track) next because it's very 'classic' Calvin Harris and I want her to get another hit.
This has grown on me considerably and think it will do fairly well as a single. I like it more than I need your love.
I was left feeling a bit "was that it?" when I listened to this yesterday. Hopefully it'll grow though.
