With the x factor performance to come I'm really hoping Olly Murs will be officially a top 3 hit nnext week,it got off to a slow start but has climbed fast. Its anice inindication his new album should do well.

Wretch is a bit hit and miss for me. Love Traktor & his new one. Unorthodox & Don't Go are both alright but not fantastic. But Blackout was pretty poor. Doing OK should have been a lot bigger than it was though!

I had no idea Noel Gallagher would be looking at charting anywhere near that high! :o I wasn't aware the single release had much interest, always nice to see a guitar band doing well and not releasing instantly. I need to listen to this.

 

There isn't a "single" release, a lot of those sales will be album pre-orders so its not going to be anywhere near as high on the chart itself

'Traktor', 'Unorthodox', 'Don't Go', 'Blackout' and '6 Words' are all great IMO. Wasn't too big a fan of 'Doing OK' though.

 

I find it interesting how he has managed to get such big hits without having to go overtly poppy / dancey unlike most UK rappers. Only really 'Unorthodox' was a bit 'sellout'-ish.
