Not entirely surprising to see Band Aid at number 1, it was always gonna jump back into the top 3 at least - 24k isn't spectacular and Mark Ronson will likely overtake, but unless they're really frontloaded (which it in theory shouldn't be, what with Christmas coming up), could be quite an interesting battle.

Great news! Thanks a lot. Being 19p on Google Play must have helped a lot, as her streaming hasn't even got her in the top 200 on Spotify.

 

19p for Fairytale of New York must have helped push it into the top 10 too. it's #1 on the Google play store.

Regardless of whether it was because of Fleur East that Uptown Funk was brought forward I think we can all agree that the real version is infinitely superior. Hope it grabs number 1.

Union J is the highest new album at 13, out of 3 new albums in the 40, Howard Shore is not that far behind, could climb later in the week when the new Hobbit movie is out.

If Fleur East wins on Sunday, I'm positive her sales will be far more impressive than Sam Bailey's, she could easily double that. Hopefully she be given a better track than a power ballad. A power ballad does not really suit Fleur, she needs something upbeat, maybe a cover of a Whitney Houston/Janet Jackson track would suit her far better. And if the track is really good could stay for a second week. And the following week Mark Ronson could return 1-2-2-1. Just thought I put it out there :funky:
