Hooray! Hopefully could still be top 10 then :cheer:

I really hope so, but for some reason both they & Mariah are miles down on the iTunes chart now despite it being nearer Christmas. Not entirely sure why that is tbh.

They should start climbing again pretty soon, the Xmas songs always stall / drop around this time I think.

Flutes hasn't been on pre-order for a year though, presumably when they took down the pre-order for Flute and replaced it with the Lethal Bizzle version in July any pre-orders up to then would have been cancelled.

I think it might still be the same pre-order actually (somehow); back when it was changed over to the Lethal Bizzle version, it seemed to me that a lot of the 'customer ratings' were still there from the older version. I could be wrong, but i think it's still the same one :o

Didn't McBusted lose a whole bunch of pre-orders when they had to change 'Air Guitar'.

I spotted last week that Google were giving AIWFC away free ... and still are by the look of it. Savvy buyers won't be getting it from Apple, although there plenty of "itunes only" people out there.

(I'd include a link to the Google entry but the forums won't let me yet - sorry!)

Saying that it seems to be making a bit of a killing on the streaming services so should still get a well deserved high chart position despite the giveaway.

Off topic but it's weird to see Charli XCX 'Break The Rules' #13 on Australia iTunes and #53 on USA iTunes following it flopping hard in the UK.
It was performed on Dancing With The Stars in Australia 2 weeks ago which gave it a huge boost: http://www.itunescharts.net/aus/artists/mu...reak-the-rules/

(re: Flutes I'd be surprised if its pre-orders amount to more than low top 10, as much as it's been on pre-order all year it had no exposure for most of that)

Tom Odell performing in the Live Lounge oday with Real Love and an original christmas ong being played

A new batch of 59p songs have appeared on iTunes

Including

You Ruin Me

Crazy Stupid Love

Braveheart

Into The Blue

Sky Full Of Stars

Money On My Mind

Chandelier

Waves

Dark Horse

68. Love Me Harder

This is just bouncing up and down towards the end of the top 100

I'm really hoping this can get top 40 after the Christmas songs fall away/after the gift card effect passes, a #50 peak would be really unjustified.

Kelly Clarksons xmas song on radio 1 there

I've actually heard this a lot more than 'One More Sleep' despite it not exactly setting the charts alight last year. Capital even played it yesterday.

Yeh same here, Radio 1 havent played Leona when ive been listening yet?!

Think its a bit random though as they played A Great Big Sled by The Killers yesterday so anything is possible. Plus Leona is top 50 on airplay for radio at the mo so shes getting plenty of plays!

Definitely, was kinda rooting for top 20 but it really seemed unlikely when it started to stall a few weeks back. Hopefully it clears 100k as it's just a little bit under 50k at the moment.

63. Love Me Harder (hopefully it ends up in the 50s again)

Radio 1, 2 and Capital all seem to be supporting 'Underneath The Tree' instead of 'One More Sleep'. It's great to hear either, but it's a bit odd. As much as I love UTT, I really want a NEW Christmas classic (and I feel like we need one, too!), so I'd prefer they targeted the song that was already top 80 on iTunes and spent two weeks in the top 3 last year, instead of the song that peaked at #30 and hasn't managed the top 200 on iTunes this year, yet.

Ohh - it's good to see some fairly recent tracks get the 59p treatment. :D Hope 'Sky Full Of Stars' can benefit.

Radio 1 have played 'A Great Big Sled' quite a few times over the past week or so. Good to see one radio station remembers that they made some Christmas song, even if they insist on ignoring the new ones.

Speaking of Radio 1, has anyone heard the new Coldplay single on R1? They didn't playlist it last week, and there's not another playlist meeting for a week or so now. Could 'Miracles' be the first Coldplay single to get snubbed? :o
