Damn this was hard. What I get from this is that her recent leads have been subpar compared to her early material. HIAM got in there, but even that was eclipsed by TTWE (for me anyway).

Pretty Girls at least has a good start, but its not really "omg amazin!!1!" yet.

A few listens later and I rather ashamedly really like it. It's a very different sort of sound for her if you compare it to Britney Jean or Femme Fatale, but it's a grower! I don't expect it to be a massive hit however.

I think I like "Tom's Diner" better :o

Love it. Thinks it's brilliant. I've tried to order these thinking about how much I liked them at the time of release.

I don't get the Charli comparisons either. For a start her voice isn't nearly as annoying or as grating as Charli's is.

 

Properly loving this atm! SO GOOD.
