Let's face it, there's probably some poor intern at the OCC left to pass on the data because most of the office have probably taken holiday today.

I thought the whole reason behind 'back dating' the streaming data to 1 Jan 2014 was so the EOY chart would be fair, and then they don't even bother using the streaming data at all. BIZARRE.

 

In fairness, that is consistent with their not using streaming data at all in the million sellers list yet. Although it does make the decision to arbitrarily cut the data off at the start of 2014 even more, well, arbitrary. I hope when they do start counting streaming to million sellers (assuming they do eventually) they add in the rest of the catalogue streaming data because there's really no reason that a stream in December 2013 shouldn't count while one in January 2014 does, when neither of them counted to the charts at the time.

Maps is good but I'm sure they can do better.

First time hearing 'Wasted' in a while. Still sounds no less bland and just plain unnecessary than before. At least 'Red Lights' was a decent song.
