This was hideously cringe at first but I came around to it's charms eventually. The production is subtle yet weirdly hypnotic, and overall much like 'Shake It Off', it's too catchy to hate!

Meghan just quenning at #8.

 

I heard 'Lips Are Movin' on R1 earlier, sounded much better than my first listen a couple of weeks back - a similar song but much less gimmicky.

How does one quen?

This song is okay but annoying sometimes but well done Meghan Trainor

I forgot Stay With Me was still to come :o

It is nice but quite boring though

Wonder how high "All About That Bass" could have been if released earlier in the year. I think it's the youngest of the top 8??

How does one quen?

 

By being all about that bass bout that bass no treble. Obviously.

'Stay With Me' is just dreadful. So dull and dreary, and the addition of the choir seems to make it even moreso.

7th :/ Didn't think this would be anywhere near that high, it really did become like a bad rash with it's refusal to go away.

Another artist I am incredibly proud off, well done Sam Smith :wub: Not my favorite of his singles but good non the less :wub:

I'm at the point where I never want to hear this song again.

Ghost is such a spectacular songs and definitely one of my favourites this year, perfect breakthrough song by Ella :wub:

What a flop. Gonna be dropped in the new year.

I was really hoping Ghost would make the top 5, but never mind, well done UK, keep on buying the dull Thinking Out Loud instead of this masterpiece.

one hit wonder tbh. I smell a drop forthcoming.

'Ghost' has definitely felt enormous this year. Although, I far prefer the more electronic sounds of 'Glow'. :heart:

Ghost :wub: My favourite song in the top 10. Glad a song I love so much became such a massive hit. Now stop overshadowing the following singles. <_<
