December 4, 20159 yr 'Tears Will Dry' is very Alexandra Burke! I can seriously imagine it being the highlight of 'Heartbreak On Hold'! What a BOP!
December 4, 20159 yr A very strong first album and so many single choices IMO . My favourites atm exculding Sax are More and More , Breakfast ,Paris, Kitche and Baby Don't Dance . Her Cover of 'Girl On Fire' sounds pretty great as well it should have been her X Factor Winner's Single Choice. Edited December 5, 20159 yr by troylovesmusic

December 4, 20159 yr 09.0 Tears Will Dry (understand The Sats comparison but it's so much better than anything they would release, this is GA quality at very least. complete surprise but a pop anthem still) ehem, when fleur releases something half as good as all fired up, this statement will be somewhat valid. anyway, this album's not too bad tbf. can't get over the cringe titles tho - kitchen? lol EDIT: forgot about the 'iamspamspamamiwhoami' that unleashes itself upon using that word. December 4, 20159 yr This whole thing feels like it should have been Alexandra's comeback :( I so badly wish it was, as much as I love Fleur.

December 5, 20159 yr Obviously nothing is a patch on Sax, but this is a solid debut! Bit samey in places with all the saxy funk (I'd have loved a ballad or two) but it's a good listen, probably a few growers in there anyway. Some real bops which is what we all wanted Fleur to give us *.* 11 Sax 09 Breakfast 07.5 More & More 08.5 Gold Watch 08 Love Me Or Leave Me Alone (imma leave your ass faster than a snapchat *.*) 06.5 Paris (would be a point or two higher but there are some really annoying ad-libs and I wish there was a proper chorus) 09 Kitchen (TINA TINA TINA TURN IT UP *.* *.* *.*) 06 Over Getting Over 10 Baby Don't Dance 10 Tears Will Dry (rather than The Saturdays I'd compare it to what would have been on Mini Viva's album! </3) 06 Never Say When 08 Like That (reminds me slightly of One Thing by Amerie, Get Right by J-Lo, a real mid 00s jam <3) 07 Know Your Name (felt like a dragged a bit despite being average length, but I LOVE the rap and chorus!) 10 Uptown Funk (so much better than the now horrendously boring original) 09 Girl On Fire
December 5, 20159 yr After letting the album settle for a bit, I am now really enjoying every song apart from 'Over Getting Over', which I can't for the life of me understand why it is included as it is just awful. 'Gold Watch' as single two please.

December 5, 20159 yr Paris is by far the best thing on here on first, bit confused by all the low rates :o
December 5, 20159 yr #5 in the first midweeks. A rather great result so far, should at least hold on to top 10.
December 5, 20159 yr I would have liked it if she'd recorded a new, longer version of Uptown Funk. +1 That demo version sounds so underwhelming and out of place on the album! I really enjoyed the record for what it was: a fun, upbeat funk/disco-inspired album of infectious glittery bops. It's not very ambitious, and I don't think I felt surprised by any of the songs; I think beyond the sass and performance skills she's got a bit more artistry and creativity in her. I hope that's reflected in the next album, even if the hype around her might not be as high. I will definitely be listening to the album overtime but after I've finished hearing the I Wanna Dance With Somebody bop More & More 39828247602331 times. Next single PLZ
December 8, 20159 yr Paris is by far the best thing on here on first, bit confused by all the low rates :o I listened to the first half of the album the other night (until Spotify started playing up really) and I echo these thoughts. I found "Paris" very catchy and a lot better than the couple of songs that came before it and the one after.
December 9, 20159 yr Looks like this will end up missing the Top 10. :( Possibly #12 if lucky, but could easily be as low as #15.
December 9, 20159 yr I predict #14 with sales of around 25k now. Not great but hopefully it can stay reasonably steady up until Christmas and at least go Silver by the year's end :(
