Ah ok :heehee: i was confused, as it's definitely not a 10/10 song for me as much as i've grown to enjoy it.

I think it just needs a better/punchier chorus, because the production and verses are fab <3

09. I Lied - 8.53

To keep you from breaking my heart

Lovers: 10 - April, andreweeyor, troylovesmusic, CDC, Acoustic
Haters: 1.5 - Neil

This is one of her better ballad offerings and you know it's going to be a treat from the opening 'I Lied' refrains. This is definitely one of my favourites from the album now I've given it time to sink in. The song is a mix of a stunning chorus and soft sung and rap verses. It all works very well and avoids being messy completely. I'd also put this above Grand Piano but the voters seem to disagree.

Oh my God, that Roman's Revenge shade. Sing whaat. It's a total eleven.

Is this the thanks I get for puttin you bitches on?

Is it MY FAULT that all of you bitches gone?

Shoulda left a thank you note, you little HO,

Now I'mma wrap your coffin with a bow!

Freshly slain every damn time.

totally agree! Still my favourite Nicki song ever

Wow I'm a hater for giving it an 8? Shows how high everyone regards it then.

I am a big fan of it but it wasn't as strong as I thought it would be after I first heard 'Massive Attack'. Will always be annoyed that didn't make the tracklist!

YES! Let's have a moments silence for the max track that is, 'Massive Attack'! :snif:

'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' gets too much stick. Even though as an album, it is inconsistent and a bit messy, but as individual songs, they're sfg. 'Young Forever' remains the highlight though  I doubt she'll top that (or 'Super Bass') for me now. But I'm enjoying the material we do get from her.

08. All Things Go - 8.62

We keep waiting for a moment to live for

Lovers: 10 - jsilv, Tyler, Jonjo

Slight break, but we are BACK and continuing into the top 10 is the album opener, 'All Things Go'. As an album opener it really sets across not only the tone, but the message of the album - it is largely personal to Nicki as she sings of her life, aspirations, achievements and secrets. As she boldly says at the end of the song: "this is the pinkprint". A dark, yet seductive number that comes to life in the chorus before lulling you into a false sense of lull just before. It's the lyrics here that really make it what it is; stunning moments such as "we keep waiting for a moment to live for" or "we riding till the end" showcase her struggle and desire to continue. Very powerful and revealing, but ultimately a personal insight into the workings of her mind, and it's quite special to be a part of that.

07. Feeling Myself - 8.65

They ready. Let's go.

Lovers: 10 - jsilv, andreweeyor, troylovesmusic, CDC, Cremey
Haters: 6.5 - Joseph

A divisive one now, and previously rumoured to be the next single. Featuring Beyoncé something i'm sure MANY of us were positively gagging for, the final product was met with a mixed response. It's urban Bey with urban Minaj and the result is a spitfire of self-adoration and praise. The critics comment on how it lacks a punchy chorus, or real structure, but i think that's part of the fun of it. It's not quite the huge urban jam that you'd expect these two to produce together, nor is it particularly inventive or iconic, but it's fun and the lovers have outweighed the haters here, shooting it well into the top 10. I would quite like to see it get single treatment, if only for the VIDEO *.* imagine that ~

Initially I did think "Feeling Myself" was a massive let down after the "Flawless" Remix, but I've actually grown to really like it in the last couple of weeks!

'Feeling Myself' is by far my favourite on the album now, seriously love it.

Really surprised it isn't higher!

'Feeling Myself' is good, but I thought it was a bit overrated/didn't meet my expectations considering the two names attached to it. It is enjoyable and would be a perfect single choice. I personally prefer 'Get On Your Knees' as far as "the big collabs" go, but I do like them both a hell of a lot.

06. Grand Piano - 8.82

Am I just a fool? Blind and stupid for loving you

Lovers: 11 - Cameron, Joseph
Haters: 4 - Neil

As previously stated I do slightly prefer I Lied to this but this is for sure one of Nicki's best ballads ever. Not a rap in sight and instead a beautiful ballad with excellent vocals, she must've been really training vocally when making this! Also, that final violin (sorry if this is another string instrument) section is just beautiful and really adds to the song for me. An excellent placing for this song and deserving of all the love it receives (FU Neil ( ))

05. Trini Dem Girls (feat. Lunchmoney Lewis) - 8.91

Trini dem girls gonna park the pum pum

Lovers: 10 - April, andreweeyor, troylovesmusic, Neil, Joseph, Tyler, Cremey

Let me start off with how much you all DISGUST me. WHAT THE HELL is this.... noise doing so high :( There are masterpieces on here the musical equivalent of Leonardo Da Vinci's Mona Lisa and for some odd reason you place this fifth? FIFTH? No. This is just all sorts of wrong, it isn't even acceptable in an ironic way like Anaconda, it's just plain bad. Lunchmoney Lewis ('who?' I hear you all scream. Exactly.) is more irritating in this than 500 people eating with their mouth open inside my earhole and Nicki's part is OK but not even enough to save the song really. I think Trini Dem Girls to the Pinkprint is like Superpower to BEYONCÉ (but worse). WOOPS. Seems there is no Youtube video for this either and the image below was the closest thing I could find.

Maybe Bal should've got this section.
