The exclamation mark isn't part of the title, the only place it is present is on the cover :P YouTube, iTunes, etc. don't have it anywhere.

I'm really not sure why there's an exclamation mark on the single cover as it's not referred to anywhere else - regardless, I use song titles as they appear on their parent album's tracklist (as a general rule, not 100% of the time as that sometimes makes no sense ~) and there is no exclamation mark there.
