So next weeks top 10 could be Taylorless for the first time since August :o Style plummets 6 places to 10 this week though it has recorded the highest ever sale in 10th with sales of 71k beating the previous record of 60k by California with Amelia Lily. The song has spent 9 weeks top 10 despite never hitting the top spot and even though I love it, it shouldn't have been a single.

Kelly Clarkson- Heartbeat Song

Let's continue the big falls inside the top 10 with Kelly Clarkson's lead single from her 7th album tumbling 6 places to the edge of the top 10 in a very busy week. However it should easily pass silver next week and is still a success- even though she would have had many bigger hits if I started my chart earlier. [unrelated note, I Really Like You is such a jam :heart:]

So the first of 4 new entries in the top 10 this week comes from a 2014 song that I knew but never really loved until this week in the form of Shower by Becky G. I did quite like it but after it completely flopped in the UK, I barely ever listening to it but a play on plug dj has made me fall in love with the song though it probably won't hang around long as it is already getting a bit boring. Anyway this was #1 in the Friday midweeks so it had quite a big drop. And with I Really Like You now ineligible which was the Wednesday midweek- this means we have a song at #1 which wasn't #1 in either of the mids.

And thanks to Liam playing this on Plug DJ and recommending it to me, a melodyifestivalen song zooms into my top 10 in the form of Isa with the absolutely amazing and catchy Don't Stop which should hang around for quite a while. The song sounds a bit like shake it off and I recommend a listen if you have not heard it. I also hope she somehow qualifies for Eurovision with this.

We finally come to another climber this week as Rihanna's quite disappointing lead single just misses out on top 5 this week [she got knocked out by someone she knows very well]. Anyway I am starting to really like FourFiveSeconds and its sudden climb here is mostly down to the fact it is on spotify now so I am listening to it a lot more often.

So it's Rihanna preventing Rihanna from the top 5 with her soundtrack song from Home beating out her lead single from her long awaited 8th album. I am so excited to see Home as it looks amazing and I love Towards The Sun so much- it is such a catchy and great song which is really good and this could climb higher if it ends up on spotify soon.

So the legend Madonna [who is close to celebrating her 105th birthday while falling off stages] only manages 1 week at the summit as it falls 3 places to 4th this week. Anyway I still absolutely love it and it deserved to do so much better officially as it is such an amazing song. Also I was thinking, should I buy Give Me All Your Luvin as it is 59p?

So this weeks highest new entry gives The Veronicas their 5 top 3 hit following Untouched [#2, 3.6M sales], You Ruin Me [#2, 1.79M sales], 4Ever [#1, 1.06M] and Hook Me Up [#2, 750k]. I actually forgot this song was out this week till last Sunday as it feels like it has been around for ages. Anyway The Veronicas storm into #3 with the great song of If You Love Someone and it should do quite well in the next few weeks.

So is it Ellie or G.R.L returning to #1. You have 5 minutes if you want to make a prediction :)

Just ahead of its official release date, Lighthouse rebounds to #2 this week and will probably return to #1 next week. Lighthouse is such a beautiful and amazing tribute to Simone and I love this song so so much so I am so happy I can finally hear it on my IPod now. This has spent 8 weeks so far in the top 5 and is already 2x platinum and by far the biggest seller this year [and the only million seller yet]

Ellie Goulding- Love Me Like You Do

So Ellie is back at the top for a fourth week with the amazing Love Me Like You Do which has now spent 5 weeks top 2 and will become a million seller in the next couple of weeks. However it recorded the lowest sales for a #1 single in a very very very very very very long time- possibly even the weakest #1 sales since like May IIRC. Though it still sold a fantastic 98.7k which just pipped Lighthouse to the top spot which sold 98.1k. Anyway Ellie continues to slay with this amazing song and here is my chart for this week.
