I see what you are saying about Nick, however, I think his diary room chats about the whole situation really proves to me that he's not using her at all. Spineless? Yeah, maybe. But I like to think that he just finds it hard to say what he wants to say in front of the bigger characters/people in general. He literally shits bricks whenever he has to stand up in front of the whole house for whatever reason, so I don't think it's necessarily him being spineless, he just has no idea how to approach the situation specifically to the bigger and brasher characters of Nikki & Helen etc.. (I'm quite similar in that respect - but I'd like to think I'd stick up for my mates when I'm needed to though, so... I dunno)

Also, I can't help but think Danny does it as a slight ego trip sort of thing. He likes people to know he owns the house and won't take any shit (Jack likes to think he does, but he comes off as too try hard and just horrible)! Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, per se, but he doesn't know the types of things we as the viewers have seen, so he shouldn't get so riled up so quickly. Cristian has always got his back up for whatever reason so meh.

I do hope that Jack goes this week and reading the support for Harry, has got me thinking he will! (If he's up, obviously! - surely?)

I've just watched the first non-eviction night BOTS of the series and it's refreshing to see just about everyone so anti-Helen and so pro-Harry - a world away from the Helen loving of last series. Obviously the panel set the tone with Aisleyne and Mark so anti-Helen for various reasons, but they are so right! Harry does seem to be getting a lot of sympathy and deservedly so, the treatment of her by the likes of Helen has been horrific.

Brian, Danny and Cristian are in my good books today. I love the fact Brian hasn't been drawn into Helen's gang and is talking to Harry because he wants to. Glad to see Danny and Cristian both standing up to Marc and Helen also.

Finally, Nick really is spineless at the moment and I'm sad to see how he's getting such an easy ride from the majority of viewers. He happily sits next to Helen and Nikki and listens to them endlessly slagging of Harry and doesn't say a single word in support of her, and then the next minute he's crawling back to Harry as if he's her best friend again. Surely best friends stick up for each other? People say Harry is playing some sort of game and using Nick, I'd beg to differ and say it's the opposite. Nick just uses Harry and once he's had his cuddles and kisses so he can play up his character of ladies' man that he so wants to be, he's 100% happy to talk to other people and listen to them slag her off without sticking up for her. At least Danny does stick up for her, and he's really going up in my estimations - as much as I liked her, Sarah going has done him the world of good.

Nick needs to either believe Helen and Marc, or believe Harry - not believe both of them just so he gets the best of both worlds. He's possibly the most two-faced housemate in there along with Jack.

I couldn't put this better myself.

He already speaks in front of millions (not rly these days but up to 1 million i guess~) every day. He is on a TV show. Anxieties or not I think he could at least try. He has no problem doing his nominations publicly after all. I think he is playing everyone. It is way too easy to just say you have a fear of speaking in public. Lets you get away with a lot of stuff.

Are you talking about him being on BB in regards to him being on a TV show? That's quite different, in the sense that he's not directly talking to the viewers majority of the time, and it's been said by plenty of housemates before, you forget that the cameras are even there half the time (although I'm pretty sure they're more aware of them this time than ever before haha).

Anxieties are really hard things to overcome so it's not just as simple as saying "he should try". I think he doesn't like confrontation, so he doesn't know how to approach the situation to avoid confrontation. It's such a horrible feeling knowing in your head what you want to say, but you feel like you can't because of the bigger characters facing you/ready to lynch you/shoot you down for your opinion. Helen has been known to be an incredibly intimidating character and she's the WORST type of person for someone like Nick to be able to do that in front of (obviously I don't know Nick personally, so I'm just guessing/making some observations here  ).

But eh. I probably am wrong and he is playing all of us! But for now, this is what I believe. He just needs to somehow find the confidence within himself to speak up to them.

I can understand him not sticking up for her in front of Helen as she just talks over everyone anyway, but with the likes of Nikki - she's much less intimidating than Helen. He just happily listened to her call Harry a witch and had nothing to say in response. Not even a "she's not as bad as you think" or an "I really enjoyed spending time with her though" and that's my issue with him.

Yeah, I know what anxiety feels like, first-hand. The possibility of getting confronted by the Helens is scary and I perfectly understand that but he's appearing really shady here. His choice though but if he wants to start overcoming those issues, I think a show on TV, where you are protected from physical and verbal abuse (well, not really, regarding the latter but at least BB won't let anyone but St. Helen call him super offensive names~), is a good place to start.

I agree with this about Nick....I am so annoyed that Nick didnt stand up for Harry, considering they are close you would think he would. I can see with Helen but with Nikki she literally called Harry a Witch and he didnt say nothing to defend her. I would have if it was someone I was close with.

Also I love Brian so much going up to Harry and if anyone watched BOTS where he asked Harry for a hug during a hot seat Task  fallen in love with him again

Finally I massively LOL'ed when Nikki made Jack think he was popiular  Was mean but man it was so funny

I hate Him so much now :puke: But I think better of SHOWBIZ now

Cristian, Chloe and Jade are the only likeable ones left for me, I suppose Danny is ok. The rest can all simply f*** off.
Honestly Chloe get a grip, what's to cry over? Its not picking on someone to nominate someone them either. She's nominated others hasn't she? Doesn't mean I agree with everything Helen/Mark say or how they do it at times but Brian creating far too much drama there.
Brian  It'd take a very strong person to not lose it at Helen at some point, I'm glad he's not just sucking up to her like most of them.

Helen = Worst Mark = Worst

Brian = The Best

Honestly Chloe does deserve to be there 10x More then all of them because there wannabes looking for there 5 minutes of fame

There IS nothing wrong with Normal rather her than Helen who doesnt have a fun personality trait in her, her personality consists of her gob and shouting at others to get her 'view' accross. Helen needs to grow up out of all of them

I have fallen so much back in love with Brian the way he treats the housemates is better than Helen.

Also I liked Nikki asking if Harry was okay at the beginning

Chloe was right though, in a way. It might be a bit "weak" to cry but I think it's ridiculous for them to say she deserves the least just because she's a normal, nice likeable person. Heen just seems to hate everybody who isn't a vile c**t like she is, just because they're nice and that makes them "boring bast*rds". There's never any substance to her rants, she is completely brainless.

The way Brian and Nikki behave compared to Helen and Marc really highlights how BB has changed (for the worse) on C5 :(

Helen is so hilariously contradictory  I don't wish violence upon anyone, but I would probably smile a bit if I heard she unfortunately got jumped at a nightclub appearance.

I have no idea how someone as mouthy and upfront as Helen can STILL be so horribly two faced.

Its difficult with Chloe because she is a nice person and hasn't done anything wrong. However on the other side she brings absolutely nothing to the house and if she left it would make no difference whatsoever to my viewing experience. Once again the reasons for the nominations have some merit (boring) but the delivery of the reasons were a bit too blunt.

I just don't like when people get so offended when they get nominated. You have to accept as part of the show.

As for Jack placing himself at the heart of every situation to try and look good, honestly even the sound of his voice is irritating me now.

I'm pretty disappointed in Nikki really, sucking up to the vile witch herself :(

I'm not really. She was the same with Grace (I know, she's nowhere near Helen) and she just wants to be liked at the end of the day. She's very insecure.
