Just saw a little video posted by a fan of Leona balting to Memory and WOW she sounds like she's at her peak honestly, Broadway is doing wonders to Leona's voice!

The show should start any minute now also

This came from Soeplepel on DS.

 

The song is called (It's) The Love, which is written by Stephen Booker, Rebecca Hill, Tobias Gad and Leona. It was originally called Love Child, but Island had it remixed and left out the lyrics "love child" ... It's a radio friendly, drum & bass song that Island didn't want on the album

 

I really like the sound of it.

I was thinking for a while now that it might be a smart move for Leona to re release CWL in the US I feel like it's honestly the best career move she can do. Now that she got a bit of exposure and some new fans in the states, I feel like a US rerelease of the XMAS album will be alot more successful than a normal commercial album and if the re release is a success it can build hype for a new studio album.

 

She isn't with RCA anymore or even Sony, so I don't see how she could re-release CWL.

 

I don't think it would do anything anyway.

I'm going to be honest, I can't see that happening and think it would be really random? CWL is good as it is and its out there to buy every Christmas every year haha

Leona will be featuring two nights in a gig at the Hollywood Bowl this week (or next week)

If anything I don't see why Glassheart has still not even had a digital release in the US. Even Cheryl Cole has had most of her albums made available in the US and she doesn't even have a core US fan base like Leona.

 

Not saying it would be a chart hit or anything like that now, but it could definitely invigorate a bit of interest in her. Something to at least give the fans that haven't listened to it before something else to get into, while we wait for her next album.

And they need to unblock the Happy video worldwide. It would have far more views by now if her team did something about it. It's by far her best visual to date so it's a bit "wtf".
