Pretty Girls #53

It's like a mix between "Fancy" and Sugababes' "Get Sexy" with a rap for a middle eight. Interested to see how it does in any case, especially now with "Trouble" residing in the T10.

'Pretty Girls' pre-order up to #46 now.

 

I can see it being Britney's biggest hit here, as a lead artist, since 'Womanizer' to be honest. Not that I like the song, but it is very on trend and annoyingly infectious.

'Pretty Girls' is doing better than 'Work Bitch' did on pre-orders (I think that went to around #75?), and I think it'll go top 40 before it peaks. So that's a really good start as long as the video etc keep the hype up. Hope radio get on board, it could be absolutely massive if they do.

Hopefully radios support Pretty Girls :D

 

Capital have been tweeting about it a lot so I'd be quite surprised if they didn't back it! Radio 1 is a totally different story... :lol:

Capital tweet loads about artists they don't support I've noticed - But Pretty Girls has so much more hit potential than Britney's last few outings, so hopefully radio do give it a shot.

I think Pretty Girls will definitely get Capital support especially as it sounds very current and has Iggy Azalea. Radio 1 will snub it because Britney is "old"

I have a strange feeling Radio 1 might shock and playlist Pretty Girls.

Agree with you. DJ Mustard and others having been making instrumentals like this for the past two years...

Pretty Girls is far from original, but it doesn't claim to be trendsetting in any way. It's fantastic imo, already one of the songs of 2015 for me :wub:

Pretty Girls is absolutely terrible off one listen, par for the course considering the artists involved. Just sounds like another Charli XCX thing. So it'll obviously be massive. Yawn.
