June 2, 201510 yr Waiting For Love in your chart omgomgomg  did I tell you I'm a huge fan of Waiting For Love? great chart again, though Trap Queen >>>>> King Kunta (how do R1 even pronounce this?!!) much preferring 'Holding On' to 'Bang That', glad they followed up so quickly so I can pretend 'Bang That' didn't happen :kink: (it's not actually that bad) Toby's plug dj impakt on the chart tho *__
June 3, 201510 yr Hey Braydhen bae  Very much approving of your number one, most things Kendrick touch turn to gold <3 Ooft 'Bang That' debuting so high for you also! As I mentioned to you, it's so instant and fresh, not quite the huge comeback hit or whatever that I think people were expecting, but such a satisfying sample of what is to come this era! ONUKA still riding high in the top 20 *.* slay. Hopefully you take to my spooky scary song for BJFest but I wouldn't expect anyone to really, just a bit of fun that I thought I'd enter as it's such a childhood gaming fave. DENA charting though, Toby's plug spamming coming to some kind of use *_* Tbh it is actually good tho. Must give the new Avicii one a listen a couple of places lower, too. A massive grower after I wasn't really massively keen on it at all on first listen, it really is irresistibly catchy though. Dedicated to mi trap quen Jade obvz xo Little movement elsewhere in the top 10, though David Guetta & co climb into the top 5 with 'Hey Mama' and Tove Lo's 'Talking Body' hits a new peak of #9. Highest new entry at #10 is Odd Future affiliated group The Internet with silky smooth R&B jam 'Special Affair' ~ Two BJFest IV entries (from Heat 3) impact the chart, Melé at #15 (who went direct to the final alongside our own entry which is not in our chart at all for reasons, mainly the fact it's a 1996 song) and Denvish at #22 (who sadly didn't progress but keeps up the solid hit rate of Jadakissnia entries in the Persephonian chart). Other new entries at #18 for Afrobeat group The Very Best (I hope [redacted member] doesn't hate me for charting this already) with the super catchy 'Yoshua Alikuti', #34 for two thirds of The xx with 'Loud Places' (expect that to climb in coming weeks) and #36 for Ed Sheeran's latest single 'Photograph' which should technically be a re-entry but is a new entry on this incarnation of my chart. Woop.

June 9, 201510 yr Hey Bray darl  Firstly ~ ' Dedicated to mi trap quen Jade obvz xo' urm honour and a half *.* haha cool number one though, even if he's a bit indecipherable in places. BJFest takeover! 'Aaliyah' seems to be growing on me with each listen, definitely putting the initial dislike down to one of my all-time faves being chopped up in such a way, but slowly appreciating it in this new light. Thrilled to see you take so much to 'Spook' something I'd been wanting to unleash to the world since I was about nine, so this was pretty much the perfect platform. Hooray for our taste crossing over once again and very best of luck with 'Believe In Yourself' during the final! Newly appointed motivational song for exams, tbh. ONUKA still here too! Glad it's still holding somewhat strong for a BJSC entry, I'm still listening to it all the time since the contest *.* Hopefully you enjoy my ~mysterious as per~ next entry! Ed Sheeran is also a fab new entry, 'Photograph' is beautiful and it was a shame that it didn't quite chart officially this week. Brilliant stuff as per  xox (hungry but bussy tho)

The pattern of new #1s was nearly continued by DJ S.K.T and Rae who shoot up to #2 with 'Take Me Away'. The Prodigy's 'Warrior's Dance' technically only has a #17 peak on my chart but only because I didn't start it until a while after its single release, it would obviously have been a pretty huge #1 had my chart started a bit earlier. DJ S.K.T's take on the same sample that used isn't QUITE as good but still a massive tune that's quickly grown on me, as you can see from the chart run ~ A pretty stale top 10 aside, though Galantis' 'Runaway (U & I)' makes a belated top 10 appearance as I've always QUITE LIKED it but it's only properly clicked in the last week or so. The two highest new entries are both from the BJFestivalen IV final. Just missing the top 10 is Bré chart ~veteran~ and π entry TĀLĀ with How To Dress Well collaboration 'The One' which sadly somehow came last in the final (got our 12 tho). Lower down the top 20 is Ultraviolenceland's entry 'We Were Young' by SRTW at #19. Aeroche entry 'Pure Harm' by Kane Vale failed to make it through Andra Chansen but also impacts here at #24. More new entries for Florence + The Machine with 'Ship To Wreck' at #21 (super late as I often am), Adam Lambert getting a surprise hit with 'Ghost Town' at #26, A$AP Rocky's album track and plug.dj discovery 'L$D' at #29 (I will hear the rest of the album eventually!!1!) and finally a belated entry for WALK THE MOON's 'Shut Up And Dance' at #34 because I'm a commercial hoe like that. I have always liked it ok.
June 19, 201510 yr Hey Bray  Obligatory early comment *.* Ooh yay for Fetty Wap managing more than a week at the top for you! (one to add for FettyWapTrivia), will very much be charting it soon, but how soon? :o Hehe. Galantis climbing into your top 10!! I'm so thrilled to see that, my song of the year and more. Shame their album didn't quite live up to my expectations though. 'The One' very much up there, hooray  such a good BJFest discovery, was quite a strong spin-off on the whole actually, 'When We Were Young' also a v. good new entry from that, too. 'L$D'! Absolutely thrilled to see it clicked with you like I was hoping it would <3 We WILL have that album sesh at some point. June 20, 201510 yr Slay Deorro The Chris Brown version is trash but the original is still such a jam. Re-impakting the Bré Approves 40 this week tbh. The blatant lies tho
June 20, 201510 yr Bre you should just do what I do when life gets in the way (or the christmas BBC charts used to do) and just roll the weeks over, calling them the same charts for week 2 or 3! Having a gap in my charting? I just couldn't!!
June 20, 201510 yr Author Hey Bray  Obligatory early comment *.* Ooh yay for Fetty Wap managing more than a week at the top for you! :kink: if only YouTube didn't block most of it! Heathens. ONUKA & Denvish still hanging in there too, and next to each other! Yay that you've taken so much to Jadakissnian entries and have given them a bit of longevity too, for BJSC-related songs in your chart *. Fabuloso stuff as per usual  :hi:  Ooh yes that is a v good bit of Fetty Wap trivia there ~ Getting that Jadakissnian impakt as well *.* I have quite liked 'Runaway (U & I)' since I first heard it in BJSC but it's only properly clicked with me just recently, still not been able to get into any of their other songs though hm. I'd recommend you have a listen to the rest of TĀLĀ's stuff (you've already heard like 4 of her songs via plug.dj and she only has a few others lol but it's all very good stuff) ~ Thx for commenting as usual  (and am actually replying this time :kink:) :hi: Bre, 02 12 03 DJ S.K.T - Take Me Away (feat. Rae) [33-12-2-...] Amazing song  03 02 06 Kendrick Lamar - King Kunta [2-3-3-1-2-3-...] 09 06 03 Disclosure - Bang That [4-6-9-...] 10 25 03 Galantis - Runaway (U & I) [39-25-10-...] 11 ** 01 TĀLĀ and How To Dress Well - The One [11-...] Good song  13 15 02 Melé - Aaliyah [15-13-...] Wow Slay Mele  Remind me to play his first single on plug tonight or whenever your next on, you will love it  17 17 03 Natalie La Rose - Somebody (feat. Jeremih) [35-17-17-...] 18 36 02 Ed Sheeran - Photograph [36-18-...] Amazing  19 ** 01 SRTW - We Were Young [19-...] Amazing song really is  21 ** 01 Florence + The Machine - Ship To Wreck [21-...] So glad she is now headlining Glasto  29 ** 01 A$AP Rocky - L$D [29-...] Heard Jukebox joints, good song  34 ** 01 WALK THE MOON - Shut Up And Dance [34-...] Amazing and so Happy sounding  35 35 06 Hozier - Someone New [40-35-34-36-35-35-...] 36 26 06 Kygo - Firestone (feat. Conrad Sewell) [19-20-27-27-26-36-...] 40 30 03 Avicii - Waiting For Love [28-30-40-...] Great Chart :D :hi: :jump: I didn't see this until just now but glad you remembered to play the new Melé song on plug.dj, really loved it  Shame about the circumstances around Florence now headlining Glastonbury but good news for them nonetheless! Thx for commenté ~ hi bré! I think you've got your chart the wrong way round  Avicii should be #1, not #40 :magic: Trap Queen is seriously amazing nonetheless, definitely my fave non-dance song right now. me faves: 19 ** 01 SRTW - We Were Young [19-...] ...a former Thermo top 10 hit! it missed out on repping Danaelanda though so glad Ultra picked it eventually :hi: :music: Lol you would say that ~ Avicii might climb again in a few weeks but I haven't actually heard it for a while now, clearly you need to spam it on plug more :magic: 'Trap Queen' is one of my favourite songs of the year now, can't believe I disliked it on first listen ;o And you should have sent SRTW when you had the chance! I'm sure it would have slain BJSC (glad it still went on to do pretty well in BJFest anyway though). Thx for commenté ~ The blatant lies tho This chart was posted like a week late, the 'this week' I was referring to is my next chart. Patience Timbp ~ Bre you should just do what I do when life gets in the way (or the christmas BBC charts used to do) and just roll the weeks over, calling them the same charts for week 2 or 3! Having a gap in my charting? I just couldn't!! Hmm I could do that but the week before the gap there were a few songs in my top 10 that were set to fall very quickly so it would be rather DISHONEST. Having a gap isn't an ideal sitch but I am just coming to accept it :')

Kendrick Lamar is kicked out of the top 3 by David Guetta and co.'s continued ascent. Audrey Napoleon climbs into the top 5 with a song that is like 2 years old so wtf is it doing in my chart??? Hmm. Jack Ü and the Biebz climb to a new peak of #7 after four weeks at #8 (v Hey Mama) while also reaching new peaks in the top 10 are Galantis, up two to #8, and Florence + The Machine who fly 21-9 with 'Ship To Wreck' giving them their second Bré chart top 10 of this era. The highest new entry is Rudimental's comeback with Foy Vance, 'Never Let You Go' which launches at #11 and is expected to rise sharply next week. Deorro's un-tainted-by-Chris-Brown original of 'Five Hours' re-impakts the chart at #15 then the rest of the new entries are songs people probably won't know cos I'm indie like that. Japanese hip-hop ish / electronic ish / crazy people Suiyoubi No Campanella claim a second top 20 hit at #19 with 'Shakushain'. A song I heard on the Radio 1 Rock Show when I couldn't be arsed to turn off the radio after the chart, The Black Queen's 'The End Where We Start' (sounding like a curious blend of Purity Ring and Linkin Park, a comparison which would probably only make sense to me) debuts at #24 and there are two more plug.dj discoveries, Melé's 'Ambience' at #25 (the follow-up to his BJFest entry 'Aaliyah' which is also still top 30) and Sigala's Jackson 5 sampling 'Easy Love' at #32.
June 22, 201510 yr Hey there Bray  Ooh a third week atop for Fetty Wap *.* That finally impacted my chart this week, a really good track that's warmed its way into my affections. Hooray for an official top 10 placing and a multi-week Bré approves chart-topper. ;) Which one is the higher honour though...x A cool climb there for 'Dope a La Mode'! Really glad you introduced that one to me as it's marvellous, I promise this opinion is not backed any way, shape or form by the video. :kink: Haha, cool climb for Galantis too! 'Never Let You Go' is a FABULOUS new entry! Honestly already up there as my second favourite Rudimental song, so atmospheric and wonderful. They can still be on point without 'Sir Newman' haha. Unfortunately not getting the 'Easy Love' lovin' but that is mainly due to finding the original annoying, so this re-working doesn't really do much for me. I don't think I'm familiar with any of the other new entries (haven't even heard Deorro yet!) minus the new Melé track which sounded pretty brilliant on plug! Although I suspect it will be next week when I'm gushing over your new entries haha! Amazing stuff on the whole, as per.

Amazing stuff on the whole, as per. Hi  x 'Never Let You Go' is definitely in their top 3 for me along with the two Newman collabs, it may not be their most original song ever but as you say it does have a rly atmospheric and kool sound to it! Unfortunately am not as keen on their other new song 'Rumour Mill' :( And I love 'ABC' lol but fair enough x You should definitely hear Deorro (the original), one of the best Yehesi BJSC entries. I guess you'd get to it eventually if you do continue this listening to every contest ever thing :magic: And yeah you'll probably know my new entries next week a lot better haha. :jump: Hi 32 ** 01 Sigala - Easy Love [32-...] Ooops!!! :hi:  :jump:
