Does anyone think a #1 album could be possible? I mean sales in August are just horrific and that week is pretty quiet as far as I'm aware

Yeah I dislike the artwork and font too but there aren't many Britney artworks I particularly like anyway.

I really like the album name but yeah the artwork is underwhelming. I am super excited for the release still though, Private Show can't come soon enough! :wub: And the release is so soon :o :o :o

The cover is not that bad though I think they could've zoomed out a little more. She looks pretty 'fierce' in it I think.

I like the title btu the cover is like something that'd come last in the CD cover design game.

Make Me remains kinda bad so not as excited as i was for FF and BJ, but I loved them so will probs enjoy a portion of this.

Am I the only one who likes the cover? Font less so but its still nice enough.

The artwork is kinda weird. Like, I think it has the makings of a good cover but it's used poorly. Still, better than Femme Fatale and acceptable for Britney artwork.

 

Not that anyone is likely to know for sure but does that look like David LaChappelle art to anyone? It's certainly more arty than most Britney artwork. I wonder is he still on board for the project despite the first music video going the way it did.

I saw the album title and the album theme and only one type of glory came to mind which probs isn't appropriate on Buzzjack cos Google is watching. ://///

 

I don't mind the album artwork; it's very washed out but unoffensive. The release schedule seems pretty dead for 26th August so I think Britney will be in with a chance of her first #1 since 10k will give her an easy Top 5 (unless that Barbara Streisand Broadway album is big, which it could quite possibly be).

I think that only pop fans will have issues with the artwork, to the GP it's passable and inoffensive.

 

The reason I don't like it is the effect. I like the photo a lot and her hair looks great, but I think it should have been zoomed out a bit and the weird filter needs to go. As well as the font.

The photo itself would actually be a good basis for the cover if used well...why they felt the need to make it look so dull though I have no idea :') + obviously the font is hideous.

 

But like others have said, it's not like she ever has good artwork anyway! Britney and In the Zone were both great but ruined ever so slightly by subpar typography. I like Blackout too actually, I think it's perfect for the album. The rest of them I'd rather forget about!

There was a duets album a couple of years back which was surprisingly big and I'm sure she had a #1 album in 2010 too.

I don't think Britney will be top 5 here but hopefully it can chart higher than Britney Jean.

 

Britney Jean only did so bad because it was December, it sold what 12k? I'm pretty sure if it sold the same this week it'd be #1.

I agree about the cover. Beautiful picture of her but so washed out. CANNOT WAIT FOR PRIVATE SHOW TONIGHT.
