May 8, 20178 yr omg I wanna watch this because of Martha and now Sylvester but I completely struggled through the first series (not even watched the final ep still lmao)
May 10, 20178 yr Omfg that finale was incredible!!!! It's very seldom I cry happy tears over shows but honestly that Nominita proposal scene was utter perfection  and omg Sun is just an amazing character I love her  I love that they're all actually together now, I'm so excited for the next season already, it's ended with a v good set up :') Amanita > Nomi > Sun > Lito > Capheus > Wolfgang > Kala > Riley > Will
May 12, 20178 yr I've watched season 2 twice now and idk what to do with my life anymore, I can't be waiting another two years for s3
June 1, 20178 yr I cannot believe this. I am SO mad. I know Sense8 takes a lot of money to make, but it's one of the best shows Netflix have ever done, it's one of the most diverse TV shows ever and has a huge following worldwide. Let's hope the fans bring some sense (pun intended) to them and they at least let the creators wrap the story up with a film or a special. Edited June 1, 20178 yr by ♡ Heezus Froot ♡
June 1, 20178 yr It does have a passionate fanbase, but a relatively small fanbase compared to other Netflix shows. It's also the most expensive show, regardless of network, this year at $9 million an episode. Unfortunate after that cliffhanger though. Edited June 1, 20178 yr by blacksquare
June 1, 20178 yr Looks like we'll be seeing a few more Netflix cancellations in the future! This is only the fourth show they've cancelled (after Marco Polo, Bloodline & The Get Down) but the CEO today basically said he wants more shows cancelled. He said they have too many hits and so wants his creative team to basically look for flops :') Part of me is expecting Unbreakable Kimmy to be soon, seems to be a lot less hype with this series.
June 1, 20178 yr This is actually incredibly gutting, it's one of my faves and like Froot said, it's so diverse, not to mention progressive. There's nothing like it out there so as far as i was concerned its essential to Netflix. Maybe there's hope someone else can pick it up but I doubt it when it was Netflix who dropped it. I hope they do give us a film out of it or maybe even a spin off with a couple of characters but what are the odds of that really when the main thing couldn't cut it :(

I don't think he was saying they need to cancel more of their current shows. I read it more as they need to take bigger creative risks with future original content, not all will work (they'll get cancelled), but those that will work will be massive for them. Unbreakable Kimmy is fine. Sense8 just never had the buzz or acclaim for the amount of money it cost. Edited June 1, 20178 yr by blacksquare
June 1, 20178 yr This is probably no use, but there's a petition on change.org that has gathered almost 100k signatures in 5 hours: https://www.change.org/p/netflixlat-netflix...eason-3-renewal
June 2, 20178 yr Author Heartbroken. I'm in the middle of season 2 and just don't even want to finish it now because of this news :(
June 2, 20178 yr I find this decision really surprising. It's been gaining momentum lately, and people have been talking about it a lot (as in, people ACTUALLY know what it is now). Plus it is (was) bloody good as well. :(
June 4, 20178 yr Yea I signed that petition the other day, there was also once circulating before it got cancelled bc people knew it was in danger. I've seen quite a lot of people be vocal online about how they feel about the cancellation, maybe with a bit of luck that will be enough for them to reconsider, it's a long shot but at least it's something.
June 13, 20178 yr Petitions have been heard but Netflix has confirmed they won't be making anymore. Seems the cost to make the show doesn't equal out the viewership :(
June 14, 20178 yr Yea I read that too but tbh I don't think Netflix plugged it as much as they have with the likes of Orange Is The New Black etc, if they'd done that then maybe they'd have a larger audience, surely there must be a way they can cut costs as well?

June 16, 20178 yr Author i really hope someone else will pick this up. there's huge potential and an already big fanbase to start with! now that they are all in the same place they don't really need to spend as much money for travelling and such surely!?
