June 14, 201511 yr This track is fantastic imo. It would deserve chart success, but it looks like it won't have it :( Maybe there is a slim chance next week to chart, because the album is out tomorrow? Do the Instant Grats count in this weeks chart, I guess yes. In which case this will be the peak. It was a strange debut single choice, with that deep house chorus, it was never going to make it on pop radio. ....and this was being sold at 59p... Edited June 14, 201511 yr by JimmyT

Born in Stockholm in 1989, Berg only started making music at the age of 18, writing and remixing tracks in his bedroom and then leaking them onto various blogs. Influenced by Daft Punk and Steve Angello, his melodic house sound gained a huge following, and led to support from Tiësto, who invited him to perform a weekly residency at Privilege in Ibiza, and Pete Tong, who released first single "Manman" through his Bedroom Bedlam label. After he remixed tracks for Little Boots, Robyn, and Dizzee Rascal, Berg's first mainstream release, the Ministry of Sound instrumental "Seek Bromance," became a huge hit across Europe and later in the U.K., thanks to a vocal version featuring Amanda Wilson. In 2012 he released the song "2 Million" after reaching that number of followers on Facebook, while his single "Le7els" and its accompanying video were nominated at that year's MTV Music Video Awards. Towards the end of 2012 he released his highly-anticipated collaboration single with Nicky Romero. "I Could Be The One" was a smash hit and was featured heavily on reality TV shows and radio play across Europe. In 2013, Avicii teamed up with Ericsson and creates the first "crowdsourced" track which enabled the producer to connect to fans and promote his brand. The single "3 Million" was released to celebrate the 3 millionth fan on his Facebook page. "Le7els" was nominated for the Best Dance Recording at the 2013 Grammys but lost out to Skrillex & Sirah's "Bangarang". Ahead of his debut album #TRUE, he released the single "Wake Me Up" in June 2013. Featuring Aloe Blacc, it reached the top of the UK Charts and confidently showed off his new musical direction. ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi / iTunes Chart history - Top 100 (Year peak title): 2010 13 Seek Bromance (As Tim Berg) -NAS- 2010 46 My Feelings For You (Avicii & Sebastien Drums) -1- 2011 04 Collide (Leona Lewis / Avicii) 2011 04 Levels -NAS- 2012 22 Silhouettes -NAS- 2012 49 Superlove (Avicii Vs. June 14, 201511 yr I was excited it was going to be Avicii then realised 'The Nights' is still up here. 'Waiting For Love' should be close to the top 40 this week hopefully, he was #52 last week
June 14, 201511 yr Do the Instant Grats count in this weeks chart, I guess yes. In which case this will be the peak. Instant grats sales count only partly, only those sales that are individual buys of the track. The sales that came by pre-ordering the album and getting the song do not count.

June 14, 201511 yr Fat Les really robbed Angelic from getting that top10 spot. Ugh. On The Beach <3 Girls Like Us <3

She was born and raised in the London Borough of Islington, where she attended the BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology. Lewis achieved national recognition when she won the third series of The X Factor in 2006, winning a £1 million recording contract with Simon Cowell's record label, Syco Music. Her winners single, a cover of Kelly Clarkson's "A Moment Like This", peaked at number one for four weeks on the UK Singles Chart and it broke a world record for having 50,000 digital downloads within 30 minutes. In February 2007, Lewis signed a five-album contract in the United States with Clive Davis's record label, J Records (now RCA Records). Lewis's success continued with the release of her debut album, Spirit, in 2007; it went 10x platinum in the United Kingdom, while the lead single, "Bleeding Love", spent seven weeks at number-one. She achieved international recognition with the album in 2008, when she became the first British female to top the US Billboard 200 album chart in more than 20 years. Spirit has sold more than eight million copies worldwide, and "Bleeding Love" peaked at number one in over 30 countries, becoming the best-selling single of 2008. As a result, she was proclaimed 'Top New Artist' by Billboard in 2008. Under the guidance of Cowell and Davis, Lewis released her second UK number-one album Echo and recorded the theme song for the film Avatar in 2009, while embarking on her first UK arena tour, The Labyrinth, in 2010. In 2011, Lewis released the non-album single "Collide", a collaboration with Swedish DJ Avicii, and her first extended play, Hurt: The EP. Her third album, Glassheart, was released in 2012. It marked a new creative direction for Lewis, drawing inspiration from dubstep and electronic music. However, it failed to match the commercial performance of her two previous albums, peaking at number three on the UK Albums Chart and becoming her first to not be certified platinum. Lewis began to record material for her first Christmas album during her Glassheart Tour, which took place in mid 2013. Christmas, with Love was released later that year. Its lead single, "One More Sleep", peaked at number three on the UK Singles Chart. With this chart entry, Lewis became the first British female solo artist to achieve eight top 5 singles, surpassing Olivia Newton-John's record of seven. In 2014, English recording artist Cheryl Cole equaled this tally, and they hold the record jointly. With a career spanning eight years, Lewis is the best-selling act to have emerged from The X Factor franchise, having sold 30 million records worldwide. Lewis has won two MOBO Awards, an MTV Europe Music Award, an MTV Video Music Award and two World Music Awards. She is also a six-time BRIT Award and three-time Grammy Award nominee. Lewis is known for her expansive four octave mezzo-soprano vocal range, power, technical control and, in particular, her frequent use of the falsetto register. Aside from her musical career, Lewis is a philanthropist and an animal welfare campaigner for World Animal Protection and is a supporter of other animal rights charities and organisations; she is also a vegetarian. In 2014, Lewis made her film debut in the supporting role of Elena in the romantic comedy musical, Walking on Sunshine. - Wikipedia Chart history - Top 100 (Year peak title): 2006 01 A Moment Like This -1- 2007 01 Bleeding Love -2- MILLION SELLER 2007 46 Forgiveness -b side- 2007 25 Footprints In The Sand -AT/b side- 2007 61 Whatever It Takes -AT- 2007 73 The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face -AT- 2007 97 Take A Bow -AT- 2008 02 Better In Time / Footprints In The Sand -3- 2008 05 Forgive Me -4- 2008 01 Run -5- 2008 98 Misses Glass -AT- 2009 02 Happy -1- 2009 29 Stop Crying Your Heart Out -AT- 2010 14 I Got You -2- 2011 04 Collide (Leona Lewis / Avicii) -NAS- 2011 08 Hurt -EP- 2012 07 Trouble (Leona Lewis Feat.
