Biography

Rudimental are an English drum and bass band who are signed to Asylum Records and independent label Black Butter. The quartet consists of Piers Agget, Amir Amor, Kesi Dryden and DJ Locksmith (Leon Rolle).

They were nominated for a Mercury Prize in 2013, and won several awards including the Brit Award, and the Mobo Award for Best Album. Rudimental also received nominations at the MTV Europe Music Awards for Best New Act, and Best UK and Ireland act. Rudimental have achieved multiple Platinum awards for record sales in several countries including in the United Kingdom and Australia.

The group rose to prominence in 2012 when their single "Feel the Love", featuring singer John Newman, topped the UK Singles Chart,[5] and for which they were also nominated for a BRIT Award in 2013. "Feel the Love" was also used for the opening credits of the 2013 documentary movie Spark: A Burning Man Story.

The group have released further singles, including "Not Giving In" (featuring Newman and Alex Clare) and 2013 single "Waiting All Night" (featuring Ella Eyre) which also topped the chart in the UK. More recently[when?] the group released "Right Here" featuring Foxes, "Free" featuring Emeli Sandé and "Powerless" featuring Becky Hill. Rudimental were named by the BBC as the festival band of the summer. In 2013 Rudimental's album Home debuted at number 1 in the UK albums chart and was also nominated for a Mercury Music Prize. - Wikipedia

Album Discussion Here

Can posters on here involved in the Eurovision game choose their songs, if they haven't done so already.

Rudimental blocking Ed from the top 30!

Anyway, it took a few listens to grow but I absolutely love this song!

First top 40 hit for Foy Vance in his own right after Ed Sheeran made the top 40 with a cover of his song 'Make It Rain' :magic:

First time hearing this ~

fantastic to see Rudimental  make the top thirty considering up until Friday evening they looked like missing the top forty completely~ ^_^

First time hearing "Never Let You Go", seems a bit subdued by their standards.

Rudimental's style is becoming a bit stale really, I could easily mistake this for any of their past hits. Foy Vance though lol, I thought this was the Riptide singer when I first saw it!

'take me away' is a jam of immense proportions

YAY Thinking Out Loud climbing

Never Let You Go sounds like I'm going to forget it completely by the end of this chart show, better than some Rudimental hits but very anonymous like most of their stuff.
