Cahill has always been a covering defender - he generally does well when there's someone alongside him to put in the crunching tackles etc. Pretty clear that that isn't Terry any more.

I'd like to see Oscar starting more, he made a real difference for them at the weekend.

11 games in and who'd have thought we wouldn't have a single United, Liverpool or Chelsea player in either of the top 10 goals or assists tables!
Great to see wee Wes Houlahan is the third top assist player so far, why can't he be 23 and not 33 :(

Or thought that the Top3 players would be between Leicester City and Watford.

Fabregas denying that he is the player behind the dressing room revolt against Mourinho.

Who do people think is the player who said that he would rather lose for Mourinho than win?

It was probably one of the fringe players who isn't getting a chance in the first team. So this person decided to spread rumors instead of looking to play elsewhere.

To think that if he is to break the record he would do it against United.

It looks written in the stars to me.

Mourinho surely getting the sack?

Not sure how much longer he can stay.. still it's hilarious

It's always the international breaks where managers are most likely to be axed so it could genuinely happen!

Still, are there any obvious contenders available out there at the moment? Any other club you'd say Ancelotti but he's been there (and sacked) before.

Reckon it would be one of Capello/Hiddink until the end of the season. So obvious they try and go for Guardiola with City, but he wouldn't leave mid season.

f***ING SHITE.

Least you know what it feels like to be a Liverpool fan... :D

Was a much better performance from Chelsea, I mean the Britannia is a hard ground to go to anyway, so losing there is no massive big deal. But in the context, it's a bad defeat. At least Hazard looks like he might hit some form soon.

Hiddink was the only one to ever manage in between Mourinho's stints who was properly loved by both the fans and the board, so that could have potential but would he really want to go there at the moment?

He probably would, loads of managers would. It's a great squad with all the tools a manager needs.

Thing with Hiddink is his stock has massively fallen since his last stint.

Chelsea are now 13 points behind 4th place with a much worse goal difference than the 4th placed team so the only way they'll get into the Champions League next season is if they repeat their feat of 2011/2012 or if they do exactly what they did in the 2012/13 season if they finish 3rd in their Champions League group next month before going on to win the Europa League.
