Swansea City have appointed Francesco Guidolin as their new head coach.

Leeds United full-back Sam Byram has turned down Everton in favour of West Ham United. £3.75 million for a highly rated 22 year old sounds a bargain to me!

I think Everton would have been the more logical choice for him but West Ham are more exciting right now.

He's an Essex boy tbf! Apparently, West Ham offered less money than Everton.

Also Everton have a very good right back in Coleman whilst West Ham have an out-of-form Jenkinson and resorted to playing centre back Tomkins there much of the season.

Spurs' recent performances have been so strong. I think they will finish third in the league now. And even as an Arsenal fan I'm actually pleased by the idea of that. Everton also keep getting unlucky or failing to close out games when a goal or two up, but there's so much quality in that side. They should be challenging for top six really.
We would be get cained against any top team, not enough defensive protection there.

a 4-4-2 then, with two cdm's

And surrender the midfield?

On a side note, do we have two defensive midfielders? If you're going for stoppers about the best combination I can think of is Dier and Milner which isn't exactly exciting.

What a performance from Naismith.

What a horrendous performance from Liverpool. Mignolet is a disaster at times!

Remarkable match - all the Norwich fans and players look shell shocked. Terrible defending mind.
Norwich 4-5 Liverpool

Wow! truly incredible, this will be fun to watch on Match Of The Day.

And after it looked like I would get nothing when Norwich were winning 3-1 I now have 2 points in the prediction game to start off this weekend.

Mignolet wasn't even at fault for the 2nd goal. Naismith just walzed past the midfield.

Such a bad quality game, but what a result. Just a crazy game.

0-0 at half-time inside Old Trafford AGAIN :drama:, it's been an uneventful match so far but hopefully it will pick up in the 2nd half.

Lots of booing and attack chants as well. Standard!

Southampton are an extremely organised team, this was least surprising half time 0-0 of the whole lot. Goal either way will win it.
Why are we playing with a back five against a team ranked 17th for away form in the league this season. It's genuinely beyond words.

well what's best then?

Considering all the formations I have suggested have been obscured, which other formation incorporating 2 strikers would suit us?
