It frankly serves Lost Frequencies right for not releasing last week, though it will keep picking up steam and will easily get to number 1 eventually like OMI did, I'm not actually sure THAT many people know the main version is out yet.

Tinie's song is really generic and everything about it screams desperation for a big hit, but it's not as awful as his last few songs have been. Guess this will be a Cheryl/Magic situation after all!

Ugh Jess Glynne about to beg her whiney ass another #1 :drama:

what is it with everyone wanting that turd on their tracks and them going #1. She's coming for Cheryl's record without releasing a decent song herself :drama:

Hold My Hand is the best song of 2015 so far, so that's not true! ;)

No.

Lost Frequencies might beat Tinie Tempah to #1 with streaming if the sales separating the two are close
Damn @ Tinie Tempah getting the jump on Lost Frequencies!!! http://www.sherv.net/cm/emo/sad/crying-girl.gif
But what do Girls Aloud's #1's have to do with Cheryl's tho?

It wasn't a bad base for her solo career!

Jess had the help of Clean Bandit and Route 94 which has helped her progress as a solo artist. Had 'Rather Be' not been as successful as it was I doubt Jess would be anywhere near this successful.

The next kworb update will be interesting. If Lost Frequencies are anywhere above 60%, I think they will be #01 on iTunes come tomorrow and #01 overall. LF have no doubt generated a couple of extra thousand pre-orders and streaming wlll be majorly in their favour.

03. Lost Frequencies - Are You With Me

40. Stereo Kicks - Love Me So

42. Alesha Dixon - The Way We Are

Most new artists get help from other record label mates like Emeli Sande got hits before her first album was released - Clean Bandit are hardly the huge pull GA were. And although now to all of us Rather Be is one of the biggest pop songs of the decade I'm sure when they were recording it they didn't realise how big it would be. Jess has simply taken advantage of the situation with a quick release of a few singles.

Btw I'm not even a huge fan of either artist!

I'm shocked about the gap between Tinie and Lost Frequencies, I thought Lost Frequencies would be #1 or a close enough #2 to win when streaming is included. While not being features on the iTunes homepage under 'Hot Songs' and the very well-selling fake version, I doubt the former happening and the latter not happening would've allowed Lost Frequencies to catch up such an enormous gap! :o
I'm very happy for Tinie I was worried after his scruffy era last time out he might be fading away but those 2 features on #1's last year did him wonders & of course featuring the hottest property of the moment for this track was a key move too. Hope the album is as good as his last 2!

01. Tinie Tempah Feat Jess Glynne - Not Letting Go 100%

02. Lost Frequencies - Are You With Me 48%

Lost Frequencies increasing by 5% already. I'm guessing they could be on around 60-65% come midnight tonight which means Lost Frequencies could still be number one officially in the charts.

12. Flo Rida Feat Robin Thicke - I Don't Like It I Love It

34. Stereo Kicks - Love Me So

36. Alesha Dixon - The Way We Are

Ooh, interesting that Lost Frequencies are gaining already. Maybe it's not such a done deal then!
encouraging to see lost frequencies gaining on tinie tempah [/clutching at straws] :)
Hold My Hand is actual one of the worst songs to reach #1 in the last few years. Generic at it's worst.

oh, please
