Indeed - currently on 13.7k and selling 2.7k a day, which puts it on track for 21.7k (that would take its total to 57k, so definitely heading to overtake the total of Kiss Me Once).

FYI, 'Only You' is #101 and 'Santa Baby' is #114.

 

Nice to see the album cleared 7K on week 2 - it was annoying not having a figure for it.

It seems it only really stopped the album from dropping further on iTunes and kept it more stable.

 

I keep saying it is the physicals she needs to sell more of.......

 

you can barely find 1 or 2 copies in most HMVs etc.

 

She could do with a big display in shops for Xmas etc

 

Same on Amazon.... she is 48th and 70th in physicals........ but 28 & 29 on downloads....... physicals still outweigh downloads considerably in music purchasing.... she has a £5 offer on Amazon like at Tesco but its not widely advertised.... she needs to drop that 12.99 price tag of the deluxe too...... 9.99 should be top price...... Adele is only 9.99 and 7.99 in some places etc. you could buy 2 top albums for 10 quid yet you have to pay 12.99 for 1 Kylie Xmas CD.....

because physicals sell more than downloads........ and are more visible in shops to the ocasional buyer who is shopping for food in a supermarket or in HMV buying gifts etc. therefore the chance to grab people's attention

 

now she has dropped her ITunes prices to 9.99 and 7.99 instead of 10.99 and 8.99 and already the 7.99 version is picking up a few extra sales and up from 38 to 32 this morning.

but physicals which are usually her strong point are not selling that well in many outlets.... only Tesco..... so missed opportunities so missed sales as a lot of people don't have ITunes accounts and download etc...... in a shop there is the chance to put it out there to casual shoppers... but it isn't being done.

 

and it is the price of these physicals that is the problem

That's good, don't think it's been that cheep before - I think it was 59p back in 2012 when it charted Top 100 (just) for two weeks. Not sure if it will return this year given the domination of Justin Bieber songs and probably Coldplay songs next week when their album is available to stream, but here's hoping.

 

'Santa Baby' could quite possibly clear 100k this year (current total is 85-90k).

I liked the performance on RV (the aesthetic and staging, she looked great) but unfortunately I find the song really unpleasant (or rather, her version of it). :(

I find it frustrating that Santa Baby has not managed top 75 to date,but, has the annoying peak of #76. It has wonderful sales for a track that never made the top 75.

Tesco on-line have no Kylie Christmas in stock......... sigh...........

If those position were iTunes or streaming positions it would be a great week for Kylie and her fans.
Just bought KMO DVD/CD combo on Amazon...only ever had the standard and the limited vinyl box set. Plus Aphrodite tour blu Ray and 3D....I realise this won't help KC but I have had wine.....love you all...*vomits*
