Good news re the chart climb....could it make up a little more ground as the week closes in on the big day...Kylie Christmas has made the build up to Christmas bearable this year....so busy at work and with a house move but tracking its progress has been a nice distraction.

Unfortunately all prices up high on AMazon and Itunes. so that top 20 Xmas week album looks very doubtful

Well it is a business and if they can hold position by selling at a higher price...all this promo costs cash, wonder if she said to Dannii, 'I will pay for you to fly economy, you will have to pay your own upgrade, after all you are seeing some of the family too' :kink:

 

...plus all the other big new albums are priced higher now. The chart should reflect revenue, those 99p Google things etc are great for sales numbers but when an old artist album re charts in the top 20 off the back of it, it is just silly.

 

They should take the standard back down to 5.99 on Christmas Eve, Day and Boxing Day.

and today we seemingly have a 100 degrees EP 4 song remixes..... 2.99 on iTunes. number 47...

 

it says released 7th Dec? but decide to advertise it 3 days before Xmas lol

The 100 Degrees mixes are pretty awesome, gay Christmas anthem.

Slated on the web? Don't know why, it was a good effort and the sketch was good - though of course it was hardly the best quality programme and I cannot bear his voice.

 

If people thought the whole thing or parts of it inc Kylie, tacky and tedious, fair enough.

A lot of people didn't like her take on 2,000 Miles.

Pity the EP of 100 Degrees not pushed earlier like on a Friday and a snippet had been played on a TV show like TFI or G Norton. But still it is 22 on UK ITunes Album chart and overtaken her 2 albums lol

 

Has Only You had some publicity today? Risen from 132 to 80 in less than 24 hours on ITunes.

Just goes to show how insignificant the albums volumes sold on iTunes albums are if this EP is already that high up.

 

Releasing this on a Friday will make sod all difference to its chart position...it will be out of the top 200 by Thursday :lol: :lol:

nope I see it is being used in Aria Charts website for her album........

 

incidently Kylie Christmas now spent all 5 weeks of its Run in Australia inside the top 12 and sold over 21,000 copies

 

 

I don't have ITunes so cant see but is Kylie and James Corden got some promo advert on there or in a Christmas list? Its now at 74 ..... keeps rising? cheers if anyone knows why?

Its almost like she had a radio play on BBC Radio 1 or an Xmas special. I know 74 is not high but was as low as 140th yesterday.

 

Maybe it is just people Cherry Picking off the album?

 

Not complaining. and its streaming has improved last few days

Her Christmas show is being trailed on radio 2 and it ends with a snippet of OY...I guess it is as good AirPlay.

 

Is EDLC still on their A list?....it is, I just bothered to look myself.
