Dear Darlin sounded really good surprisingly today and I love it was amazing as usual

Scream and shout is also gret

Shame most of 2013 is terrible so I'm turning off after the next song and will be back for 2014

17. Taylor Swift - I Knew You Were Trouble.

The first signs that Taylor was actually becoming a decent popstar. Although with the worst excuse for 'dubstep' ever used in a pop song.

I knew you were trouble :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Easily one of my favourite songs and favourite Swiftie songs ever, such an amazing tune and the 1st of 2 appearances for Queen Swiftie in these countdowns, love this song so so so badly

Might be about the only person who still doesn't get "I Knew You Were Trouble"

When I Was Your Man was quite inoffensive but forgettable for me, the two singles between it (Locked Out Of Heaven & Treasure) were much better <3

15. Ellie Goulding - Burn

Ellie goes to the DARK SIDE to make some faceless pop music and got a first #1 out of it. Actually this wasn't bad at all and still had some of her personality to it but I think she's now jumped the shark with 'Love Me Like You Do' unfortunately. RIP decent Ellie Goulding music, at least we got 'Figure 8', 'Starry Eyed' and 'Guns And Horses' et al out of her before it happened.

I love Burn so much, one of my favourite songs from 2013.
'Figure 8', 'Starry Eyed' and 'Guns And Horses' et al out of her before it happened.

What a trio these are.

'Burn' still sounding good, never would've imagined that it would go on to amass three weeks at the top!

I honestly still think she has that side of her still there tbh :D

Burn may not be her best but great pop song

All these songs are reminding me of a long summer working in a k*tchen Chessington World of Adventures with KISS FM in the background, made me hate mainstream music tbh :(

I'm glad this was the year that Ellie finally started to slay but I wish it wasn't with what is by far her weakest song.

(edit: fuck sake, always caught out by that filter!)
