It's likely. I've noticed that Friday's TOTD is always a dance track...probably so it can get a play in the Dance Anthems hour. Sunday's used to be a rock song, but they haven't stuck to that recently.

That's literally never occurred to me about Friday's TOTD but looking back, you're right, it is always a dance track, probably for the reason you mentioned.

Yeh Gav is exactly right they do have rules they normally follow if you listen enough.

It sounds really nice on first listen! Seems like it won't get as boring as 'Are You With Me' has done. Apparently already been to #1 in Germany among other places so probably will get itself a Top 10 peak here.

also 5 weeks at #1 in his home country Belgium, the same amount of time that 'Are You With Me' spent at #1 there.

Last night's hottest record was 'Barbaric' by Petite Meller, she's already whacked it on spotify so I just gave it a listen and it's ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC :D It's basically 'Baby Love' part 2 and just as good! Hoping that now people have heard of her, this one can be a hit, just need R1 to be on board straight away.

That Petite song was pretty awful actually. Shame but can't say I'm surprised as I only really warmed to 'Baby Love' for it's catchiness and the chorus which this has nothing like that unfortunately. Sounds like she's singing out of tune through most of it too :(
