I can see Radio One playlisting Peanut Butter Jelly by Galantis today. It's been featured in the advertisements for their Summer mixes and the video was just released yesterday.

 

Example is another one I'd be surprised to not see play listed after he was TOTD the other day. I can't remember if the new Aleeso song has been play listed yet but Radio One seems keen on it already

 

I wish Radio 1 were keen on 'Cool' when it was out. It only got as high as B List :(

 

Galantis has been sent out to radio, so there's a possibility of it getting added.

 

I reckon George Ezra 'Barcelona' will also get playlisted too.

Yeah, good shouts with 'Peanut Butter Jelly' and also 'Barcelona'. The Alesso song is already playlisted.

Maybe theyll add Angel feat. Fuse ODG and Tough Love. Another possibility is Talk To Me by Nick Brewer.

 

 

Out on the 28th August, getting lots of love online. The girl who sings the chorus wrote Rihanna's Bitch Better Have My Money.

That actually sounds very much up Radio 1's street. His rapping style very much reminds me of Professor Green. Come to think of it, he looks like him aswell lol

The UK release for the album is September 25 so i'm guessing it's around then. Maybe a little too early to be added, but regardless i'm fairly certain they'll support it, it's still got plenty of time~

Impact dates make sense for singles which are previously available on an album, but the Carly song has already been released (ahead of the album) so surely its impact date was the same as its release date? Or was it more of an OA/OS type thing where the impact date is a few weeks after its release, a bit like 'Whisky Story' by Example?

Is it really definite for Tough Love? I think the time has passed for that.

 

I want it to be added though.

I'm thinking 'Fight Song' could be a late addition and end up being playlisted for a good few weeks after. Something similar to 'Heartbeat Song' maybe?

It's impact date would literally be the album release date, so the new foals track will be added in the lead up to the album release on the 28/8. The Carly release is long before the album - if it was held back it would be released on the week before the albums out generally.
