What? It's not the Naturally/Slow Down I wanted.

This wasn't what I was expecting but I'm actually loving it. Good For You is easily better and much more slick but this is very very catchy and sounding good to my ears!

I'm hoping it will grow on me.

I do like this a lot, and it definitely gets stuck in your head. I'm not sure if it screams hit single and is a potentially risky choice to lead the album with, we'll see what happens!

Wow, that is indeed awful! I'd say the chorus/hook is the only aspect of the song with potential. As it is though, the production and vocal delivery just plod along, never going anywhere and sapping any life from the whole thing. Charli is way too prominent in the chorus as well.

The more I listen to this, the more I like it - it's certainly an earworm. However, with more listens I'm becoming less convinced this is a good single at all! It screams divisive album track to me :/

I thought some of the comments in here must be going a bit overboard but no, it really is a non-event. Doesn't sound current at all and doesn't sound like something that'll grow either..

I reckon it'll still be a hit though... Charli is a background vocalist right? And by background vocalist, I mean like Christina Milian and Ashanti on 2000 JLO singles.

I'm for sure in the minority with this but I actually like how sultry this is. It's simplistic but it works.

 

Honestly with the bad rep this song is getting on this forum I'm praying that this just becomes an instant grat and she releases something else. Just be like "Ha y'all got Punk'd" or something

Is she actually serious with this?! Good For You was one of her best as well! Shame.

It kind of reminds me of Ella's "Mirror Man".

 

It's so bad when you compare it to GFY. I'm really hoping it has a killer video (doubtful but one can hope), and that it just grows on me.

This is actually her Gentleman for me, thinking about it! It's a terrible single choice but I still really like it and don't think it's as bad as others do :lol:

It really isn't as bad as it's being made out to be imo even if it is a bit of a disappointment after how slick Good For You was. Don't think this is a great single choice though, at all, but time will tell I guess.

Didn't Selena want to do the chorus? Why did she get Charli XCX to do it!? Ew.

 

Overall though, B-side material at best. Not even album track material for me. Bleh.
