My Flashback Track

Here is today's Flashback track and it comes from none other than Kasier chiefs with their classic track 'Ruby'. The track reached #1 in the United Kingdom singles charts. Thus becoming their first number one single. This track comes from their second album "Your's Truly, Angry Mob" which features other singles "Everything Is Average Nowadays" and "Love's not a competition (But I'm winning)". They are still around now and even frontman Ricky Wilson has been a judge on talant show The Voice UK.

LOVE your #1. I kept hearing it on Radio 1 a few weeks back and it just sounded so lush; got something really special about it. I did have a little listen to some of their album but I can't say I was impressed in the same way unfortunately.

 

Heard a lot of Nothing But Thieves tracks on Radio 1 and enjoyed hearing them all, but I've never got round to charting them before. May have to get 'Trip Switch' playlisted though! I've just had a look at their YouTube channel and had a listen to the live version of 'Itch' they uploaded today - Conor has an incredible voice! :o
