Well... I'm glad Justin Bieber didn't get the 1300th #1 landmark but still the track does nothing for me.

I'm not a Bieber fan but I looove this. I've pretty much decided it's the best thing he's ever put his name to (although I've only truly liked 3 or 4 before this anyway).

I would be more than happy to see either Justin or Demi at #1, I'd prefer Justin out of the two but I can't see him holding up. Depends on how much of a lead he gets I guess, if he does what 1D did a few weeks ago then he has a very good shot!

I love both songs, but I still hope that Demi makes it out of the two.

Boyfriend got stuck behind Call Me Maybe (Bieber blocked by his own protege :kink:), but yeah, I just checked and none of them have made it there before, not even the #MusicMondays tracks!

I loved that chart, especially as Usher got blocked by his protege Bieber at #3 IIRC

No.

2015 has really been picking up the tally of number 1s recently, at the end of June, we only had eight number 1s for the whole year now with Rachel Platten today, Justin/Demi this week and likely Sigala next week, we'd have 10 new number 1s in the last two months! I guess it's the low sales atm.

 

As for this week, I can't believe I'm saying this but I would actually rather Bieber for number 1, pretty good song overall. I don't hate Cool for the Summer but I'm finding it difficult to warm to (ba dom tish), I'm not certain it suits her somehow.
