Laurens song choice is something I would have expected 2 shoes to sing. Setting her up for a week 1 elimination

Amazing choices for Keira and 4th Power! I'm iffy about Lauren's but she has only sung ballads so far so I guess that Rita has gone for an uptempo but she's being safe and obvious which is understandable in week 1. Lauren is more than likeable enough to grab votes to be safe on week 1 anyway.

 

Yawn at Anton's. Bupsi's seems very weird too, certainly not very "her" which is supposed to be the point of this theme!

I guess it'll be that the "twist" is "me", not the song. It'll just be a bog standard male with guitar arrangement. Brilliant choice for Seann though!

Ew. Monica is one of the worst this year! I really don't get the hype surrounding her. Not even her original song, which was dated af. Lovely message etc... but nah. Not for me. I don't think she'll survive too long either.

I don't get the Monica hype either tbh she was only somewhat decent when singing her own songs . Jennifer Phillips Josh Daniel and Simon Lynch were much more deserving of a Wildcard .

Mon won't be around for long, I can't see people liking her much.

Exactly my thoughts.

Both Monica and Simon were two of my favourites but Monica is a million times more likely to be commercially successful than Simon and she had the much better judges houses performance for me. Very pleased she is back!
