OMG! Get it Kelly! :yahoo: I would love nothing more than Kelly taking her rightful place atop the billboard 100. Would really love it if it could get the album a few certifications as well, as it's sold pretty poorly for an album that shot to number 1 in the US. Would also love if she could maybe get a decent chart over here in the UK, and shift a few more albums here as well, it's a fair way off silver :unsure:

The album just got certified Gold in America (500k) so a lot of good has come from this performance tbh.

This really is turning into great news for Kelly! Next thing she will be in labour :lol:

She's literally about to pop, why are people bothered about more promo? The Idol performance was only coz it's the final season and she was a guest judge. :lol: I don't think they (or anyone else) expected it to have the impact it did. Great news about potential Ellen promo though.

I can't stop listening to the Idol version :wub: Such a beautiful track and that Idol performance really was sensational.

Great to see it doing so well - estimated to sell 200k+ this week in the US! I think it'll be higher though (~250k) All off the back of one performance. The album is expected to sell 17-22k or 37-41k SPS. Hopefully it'll pass 500k in sales (It's certified gold but I think its sales are around the 400k mark).

I was thinking the same. I don't see how travelling will help the poor girl when she already has stated she has pregnancy troubles!

This just proves that the world is always here for Kelly. She just need to care more about her next album then she did this one.

With the third version of this song they got it right! Can't help but think this is how it was intended. Love it! She is such a star. So happy it's doing well for her.

No chance, its streaming and airplay are too low. Unless they decide to include the facebook video of her performance (I think that got like 50 million views + 11 million on youtube video). It's not top 200 on US spotify and only has like 5-10 million airplay audience. Should debut in the top 10 though, with a good chance of going top 5.

Didn't say you did, was just reafirming the too good to be true part of your post and that the serious talk was unrealistic. :P Hoping it'll debut top 5, it's now in the Top 50 of HAC airplay.

 

Good performance on Ellen, should cushion the fall on iTunes. :D
