OK She performed it on the NRJ right now... and it was... MAGICAL. I hope it will trend WW, YT and social media and can make waves WW.

Ttbh I love Adele, but that wasnt her best by any means. I think she is a bit ring rusty and was very nervous.

Considering I've heard The Corrs new single quite a lot on Radio 2 and their past popularity, I'm surprised that it hasn't done anything chartwise....

It hasn't been available

Yap, wasn't her best but still fantastic. She was very nervous in the first half but the second one was great. Still better live than anyone in the business right now and Hello is such a HARD song to sing live. Dark Green anyway.

Why is it funny that Fleur is out of the top 5 already? Hardly anyone knows it's out or have even heard it yet

The fact it even managed top 5 straight away was incredible.

I was joking ~ But hasn't the release been hyped for weeks, and isn't it on a pretty big advert?! I'm sure it's plenty well known enough... :P Of course it's not gonna be anywhere near peak airplay yet and it'll climb after the XF performance etc. etc. but it was basically a held-back release in all but the full song actually being available, a top 5 start isn't THAT incredible.

Ariana Grande performing Focus on Jonathon Ross later!

She didn't turn up to the recording, she's not performing!

I lost count of the number of times 'Sax' was promoted throughout the X-Factor + the ads tonight  She's back up to #05

It was premiered about 3 or 4 weeks ago, but only actually released last week I think

Who on EARTH is buying Reggie & Bollie?!?! I'm baffled enough that people think their performances are entertaining but it's even worse that people would willingly buy the song and listen to it separately :/ :/ :/

So happy that Fleur is doing so well on iTunes!

As for the Adele performance, it was far from her best. I just pray that it's her nerves because her voice is usually magical. I think the second half of the performance was much better and can blow every other 'pop girl' out of the water right now besides Beyoncé. But admittedly, the first half was pitchy.

Anyone know why Girl Crush by Little Big Town was in the top 100 a few days ago and has been floating around since? Radio 2?

It's concerning that Louisa could pull off one of the best X Factor performances of all time but not be the highest ranked in the iTunes chart. Also - ouch at Monica. She's a cert for the bottom 3 then.

Anyway, BACK ON TOPIC, where will Sax reach following Fleur's performance? I reckon #3 on iTunes but around #7 officially.

I think Sax could potentially hit #2 on iTunes if the performance is huge. It could even manage #3 officially. As I'd imagine 3 - 6 sales were close at the moment, I'm sure her streaming will pick up following tonght, too.

I think it was performed at the Country Music Awards? But I'm not sure how much of an effect that has one the UK charts

What? You mean the song played every advert break in Asda's xmas campaign and the song used in talk talk adverts and the instrumental X factor have been using and the one she has performed a couple of times already. Yeah no one has heard that song

Sure -- the song she performed not publicly and the advert where 'FLEUR EAST SAX' appears on the screen in large, white letters. Sure.

No offence but how many adverts put at the bottom who the song is sung by? It doesn't take much to find out with social and other media these days (it been all over my timeline and I don't follow Fleur fans) They give huge boosts to songs. Does it say "by AURORA" at the bottom of the John Lewis ad? Because I haven't seen it. Point is its been in people's heads for weeks so even if they don't find out who is as soon as the song is out the connection will be made.
