I usually love Tiffany but I cannot support her through this AT ALL. The fact she is laughing now is in really poor taste, I hope she apologies at the very least. So disappointed in her right now :(.

I think Tiffany will actually get ejected. Ofcom complaints will be through the roof. I wouldn't be surprised.

Tiffany is disgusting.

I know Angie was overcome with grief but she should have just said David Bowie. I mean Tiffany might not even know or make the connection, it might not have registered. If someone said "David is dead" to her and she thought there's a dead person in the house, her mind is probably gonna be slightly messed up too  It's nobody's fault, it's a difficult situation. Tiffany did ruin it by storming it further though, it would have been fine if she was like "oh sorry complete misunderstanding" but I also don't think they should have reacted like that before she exploded.

John is pissing me right off, I can't stand HMs like this who get involved and control every situation. Especially saying she "has" to go, she is equal to him, probably being paid about the same. It's so immature to say stuff like "you need to go" and "you go or we do".

HOWLING at Gemma. ''I want my shoes back''.

Same  Oh Gemma

I can't believe how much Tiffany is overreacting. She's gone down in my estimations SO much. So insensitive. It was a simple misunderstanding...

Sorry Liam, but I'm sure if it was Scotty or Jeremy etc. you would be livid :P. I can understand why people are getting angry, she is acting in very poor taste, accident or not. I would love to be able to support her as I have loved her since Flavor Of Love, but I just can't.

I don't see how Angie is at all at fault? A misunderstanding is the last thing she's going to be thinking about and I know I wouldn't think to specify a surname if I was talking about someone who I share the name with

Tiffany's behaviour is horrendous following on from her learning the truth. Angie has lost someone but of course it's all about Tiffany.

I typed that while they were going OTT over the first instance, I understand it now but I just think that they overreacted too in the first instance, although she did wreck it all by going really over the edge afterwards. All of them are pissing me off  Well, most of them as of course some haven't spoken. Tiffany really should have just been like "ok misunderstanding" and it probably would have been fine, but she isn't helping by going off about it when she now knows that it was a misunderstanding. I wouldn't be surprised if she got ejected either if there are enough complaints, they're still being super careful with complaints which is undersrandable.

I really don't think C5 should be airing ALL of this, I know Angie gave permission to broadcast her reaction to being told but it seems quite insensitive to use his death and the surrounding events for a dramatic highlgihts show. Then again they don't surprise me any more

I know what you mean, they are handling the whole thing in poor taste. They should have got Angie herself, and then had all the housemates gathered round immediately after to have an annoncement made.

I'm sure the same thing happened when Michael Jackson died? I'm not excusing Tiffany's behaviour at all, but it could have been handled in such better taste.

When Michael Jackson died, someone who was in for a task told Noirin and then she was allowed to tell the whole house.

I agree with the general sentiment that it seems rather insensitive and certainly uncomfortable to watch but at the same time I don't think they could've not shown it sadly. The effect on the house afterwards is just too big.

They could've handled it differently but it's just hindsight really, don't think anyone saw this situation occurring.

Yeah they weren't supposed to be told about Michael Jackson, Federico from BB4 did a task with Noirin and told her but he wasn't supposed to, then because she knew BB let her tell the house. I'm fairly sure she asked BB in the diary room and they let her.

Exactly, this is the huge difference between C5 BB and C4. Even though it's just small things like how they handle instances like this, it shows that drama and ratings comes above the wellbeing of housemates. I understand its sensitive to Angie that she had to be told this in the house, and it's not BB's place to decide who is and isn't told but I think expecting her to deal with it all, people asking her what's wrong etc. is too much to expect her to deal with and they were asking for something or another to kick off by handling it like this.

Of course their handling off it doesn't change or excuse what anybody does as a result, and they couldn't predict what would happen but as easy as it is to say in hindsight, it just seems to have been handled badly. But I think of the various ways they could have shown the event, each one would have had some drawbacks really.

I'm pleased Tiffany apologised, and it seemed sincere.

John is doing my head in though, rallying the troops around against her. He didn't have the balls to say anything to Winston when he said something MUCH worse. What a pussy.

I honestly cannot see a winner past Gemma and I can't see how anyone could speak negatively about her?! She's so hilarious and has the best intentions for everyone.
Gemma is by FAR my favourite  Such a lovely person and full of laughs, and she's certainly not faded into the background either.

I sadly wouldn't underestimate the popularity of Scotty T amongst the Viacom demographic but in saying that he hasn't actually had much of a presence outside the Stephanie/Jeremy/him/Megan little clique getting a bit of a airtme. People are comparing him to Charlotte because of his origins but she had much more of an inidivual presence, he actually reminds me more of Ricci personally. He's not done anything that made me dislike him apart from be a bit of a knob in his VT but he's not done anything to make me like him either.

Exactly, I'd appreciate it if he handled it well but he just came across as a right knob. Gemma is the only one who handled the resulting chaos well. She understood that Tiffany affected everyone but still tried to calmly sort it and help out. She's my clear favourite too, she always seems to be present but t's a good thing, she always something to contribute that's wise in her own little way or (more often than not) hilarious! Even when she does get involved with these, it's always because she has good intentions, whereas John to me comes across as quite disingenuous.

Well now you're just making assumptions. It may be common sense to you / what you'd do but it's Angie's decision, she's been given the options and I believe that life always carries on. I've seen comments (not words used by you, more a general thing) that it's disrespectful for her to stay and I really don't get that?!

Ok then fair enough. All I know is that as i'm watching this on Channel 5 +1 right now it feels really sad and uncomfortable to see.

Tiffany overreacted once she found out the misunderstanding for sure, but she does have a very temperamental (not sure if that's the right word) personality as shown by the infamous gifs of her previous shows and everyone did immediately "gang up" on her once Angie returned to the house (I know they were just trying to calm her down but it's understandable to see how she would feel that way) so I'm sure she was just trying to defend herself. I'm also glad she did realise in the end that actual issue at hand and apologised to Angie, and that exchange was lovely. Tiffany should've got to grips with the actual situation much quicker though of course. Angie was completely blameless as of course she only had one David on her mind, and wouldn't think to specify which one - at the same time when you are in a house 24/7 completely isolated it's understandable that Tiffany and the other housemates would immediately think the David they've been living with for a week.

The real let-downs in the episode for me were the grouping of John, Danniella and Kristina who completely overreacted with their "get her out of the house" "I don't feel safe around her" comments. I really dislike the superiority John seems to think he has over the house. Pleasant surprise for me was Christopher who actually thought to fix the situation, it's just a shame he didn't manage to finish the job and that John managed to have the last word yet again.

But at the end of the day Tiffany's behaviour wasn't "disgusting", it was insensitive following the revelation of the actual truth but I can understand how she felt that way. And I'm not like Tiffany's #1 fan in the whole world as I've never even seen her previous reality shows, I just like her gifs (and I'm liking her in the house too)! :heehee:

Possibly the funniest thing I've ever seen on TV. :D

To be honest, I found it just as hilarious to see them overreacting as badly as "get her out I feel unsafe" as I did to see the chaos as Angie said "David's dead"
