COMMENTARY
An entry we've had waiting for a few months now, was tempted to switch last minute but my next hit can wait another month. JJD rose to prominence by his collaboration with TheFatRat on 'Prelude VIP' and also remixed his 'Fly Away'. He is joined by fellow producer Elektronomia for a banging instrumental electro-house tune. Hope you likey.

28TH • 145 POINTS

COMMENTARY
We finish in 28th place this month with 'Free', not what you can really call a success but it is finally another NEW POSITION for us and it means we finally have every position that is a double digit beginning with the number two (i.e. every position from 20th through to 29th). Yes we are really reaching (and we still don't have a 30th so we can't say we have all the top 30, non-top 20 positions... yet). It is after we finished in 18th and 24th in the last two contests, both positions that we've been in four times each now (excluding spin-offs).

New Lexico won the contest by tiebreak, helped by our 13 points. We gave no points to FSR Rontvia who finished second, so we are very pleased with the outcome there, and we will be visiting New Lexico next contest where we plan to send vocal trance (hype!). South Danaelanda however will be hosting Club Bizarre Vol.3 very soon, not affiliated with BJSC at all but it's worth saying. Confirmations for that open April 8th.

COMMENTARY
Trancaelanda are BACK! Representing Moldova for us for the first time is trance producer Andrew Rayel, one of the biggest Armada Music signees at the moment with his radio show Find Your Harmony hitting its 100th anniversary too. The track is released on his own label inHarmony Music (an Armada sub-label) and it follows two studio albums. He has worked with former BJSC winner Emma Hewitt and Danaelanda flop Christina Novelli and he has remixed for big names such as Armin van Buuren, Hardwell and Zedd.

It is also the second entry in a row for us with a TheFatRat connection as it features Lola Blanc who featured on '

'. Lola previously DNQed for Unovia but we're hoping that doesn't signal a similar fate for this entry, which we think is brilliant. She also co-wrote the massive Britney Spears hit song 'Ooh La La' and appeared in American Horror Story and more importantly the music video to LMFAO's 'Sexy And I Know It'. *.

Trancaelanda is a small village which was named as such after introducing the genre of trance music to Danaelanda, and so representatives of Trancaelanda get the final say in choosing our trance entries.

COMMENTARY
'Horizon' gives us a 9th place finish this month, giving us our first top ten finish of the year. We would have finished 10th if not for Oslol's failure to vote so thanks goes to them as well as everyone who did give us points as it gives us another unique position and in fact our ninth top ten hit. We will be visiting Niceland next month as they won the contest by a landslide, helped by our 9 points.

Next contest, a possible rebrand and change of tempo.
