I don't which I'm happiest with but great to see both albums in the top 40. I never tire of light years and seeing it back in the top 40 again is great. Light years was an epic Kylie time as I really don't think anyone expected Kylie to turn her career around the way she did.

#37 is better than i expected. I did think Kylie would be outside the Top 40 this week. It would wonderful if she can hold for another week.

No surprise on Light Years, that said, it was still amazing to see it back on the chart, even if it was only for 1 week.

#37 on the update today (Light Years is gone by the way).

Amazing that Golden has managed to hold on - was almost expecting to see it outside the Top 50 this week, am guessing it will end up outside the Top 40 by Friday though.

No surprise on LY - guessing there are less than 100 copies still hanging around in Sainsburys stores.

Golden will most likely fall although luck may wait on her side. Top 45 should be safe.

I was pleased to see Golden still in the Top 40 too, although I suspect it will just miss out. The past couple of weeks has seen it drop a few places across the updates, largely down to small streaming numbers in comparison to other albums, so somewhere in the #41-45 region seems about right.

Hopefully the single 'Golden' will be playlisted by Radio 2 this week and at least keep the album bubbling away comfortably in the Top 40.

If Golden gets any form of traction it will help the album stay in the top 40 although on the lower end for a week or 2 ahead.

Yes, recent weeks Golden has slipped in each midweek update, but her decline wont be too bad from the looks of things at this point and she may just hold the top 40 position with sales so tight in those lower regions of the top 40.

I think the unexpected promo with Nick Cave has helped - the video has been shared/viewed a lot and if it sent people to seek out WTWRG they may have also given Golden a listen to on streaming at the same time.
If we get some midweeks updates today we will most likely know if the album can stay top 40 tomorrow.
I felt the same way the week it had the potential to re-enter the top 10 and i am now more cautious of the midweek information.

i think we are building to something..... remember that video shoot where the fans where invited....... whats that about? are we getting another video for Golden? + Radio 2 date with Chris Evans wasn't plucked for a random Friday in June for no reason....

Amazon CD now 7.99, ITunes now 6.99 and also 2 for £15 on hmv and amazon.

already moved from 158 to 74 on ITunes
