The weak come back, from an inner circle member, within a few seconds. The non-existing social life is real!

Boredom watching Manchester United play football on a night off. Follow my life like you follow Leona’s and you will disagree! Thank you.

I apologise sir, mr king of responses. You’re Zara comment had me shook for days.

I think her time has passed tbh, they didn't capitalise on her huge success properly in the first place. The material was too weak singles wise, she needed some big smash singles in vein of I wanna dance with somebody (We found love would have been perfect) to keep the interest there, I think people associated her as being a bit boring very quickly with constant ballads, then not strong enough upbeat material.

Shame really as she is so so so talented, I am a big admirer.

It really makes me wonder what would have happened if her label pushed Forgive Me as the next US single instead of I Will Be. The Konvict brand was still somewhat relevant at the time BIT went recurrent, with Akon having just released a new album and Gaga taking off. Forgive Me was upbeat and served a new layer of Leona that US markets hadn’t (and probably still haven’t) seen yet. I Will Be kinda sealed her fate as an adult contemporary sappy ballad artist, and then when that flopped, her label just stopped trying.

Collide would have probably done some damage in the US if it was actually pushed properly there. It would probably have introduced people to Avicii quicker in the process as well lol

Not releasing that song from Avatar was a huge mistake, it was legit ready to smash!
I'd love for Fiona to do Eurovision. It can't be out of the realms of possibility anymore?

Fiona

OT: I will not stand for the Forgive Me shadem that song is a bopT and a half

Blowing birds up with her whistle notes, perhaps?

Imagine having the soundtrack of the biggest film of all time and... the label not doing anything with it

Not releasing Glassheart as a single was her biggest mistake ever

It wasn’t that good so doubt it would have done very well.

I’m almost positive it would have went number one in a lot of countries, the hype and acclaim at the time was huge! I legit have no idea why it wasn’t released.
Would 'We Found Love' have really had the same impact for Leona though? It feels like that just came at the right moment for Rihanna following on from Loud and with Calvin Harris beginning to explode in popularity.
