It's solid, and it manages to match up with her previous work while being something completely unexpected from her. Fewer standouts than normal but that's okay. Recommendation: listen to this at midnight in your living room with minimal lights to get the full experience. "Needed Me" is GODLY, but my 11 goes out to "Work".
